I would not recommend renting here. They don’t keep up with the building whatsoever. Every single appliance in our apartment was broken when we moved in. We had to wait months to get replacements. The elevator was broken constantly, the pool was closed numerous times, as well as the gym. And to top it off.my car window was smashed in the garage. I would definitely look elsewhere.

We have recently become new residents at Esprit and Kristina has made our move in experience much smoother! We greatly appreciate her answering all of our questions and being readily available when needed. Kristina has been the shining light during the entire transition. Thank you Kristina!

Nice location but poorly maintained. There has been no soap or hot water in the locker rooms for weeks

I leave my car unlocked and bike unchained and the worst thing that ever happened was that the staff put my bike into a bike room just in case. Thank you for keeping us safe!

Large spacious units with plenty of privacy in multiple bedroom units. They offer a decent gym, racquetball and saunas. The pool is probably the best feature as it's heated, well maintained and offers plenty of seating. There are hot tubs scattered throughout the building proving one for each section of the building The units have fairly cheap finishes when comparing neighboring buildings but they win with the space, layout and closet space.

As of for the marina itself. Horrible marina manager a lazy as can be. Seen few rats crawling from trash bins and also some facilities, very disgusting. I think new management for this marina I ask for multiple pump outs never get done dock attendant always lounging in the break room or whatever it is storage room, very bad service lots ilegal charters also happening seems tons of people coming down to the docks. Take your boat elsewhere I heading out soon

My first time going. Yet I took my husband out for his birthday. He enjoyed himself. We paid for three hours. Ill be back again.

I just moved into esprit with my wife and then we upgraded, we love living here. Our experience was met with excellence by Stefanie our leasing specialist. She exudes what customer service should represent, we have recommended two other friends to her and they moved in as well because of her professionalism and amazing customer service. Esprit should definitely put her in a management role to hang on to such an amazing staff member. We also love Robert and Alex in maintenance, keep up the great work everyone we love loving here because of it.

Upscale and a good ride on any of the many available electric vehicles. Rent a boat for a stay on booking or airbnb. Hella worth it! GO¡

After experiencing bad managed docks, we have finally found the cleanest, the most beautiful anchorage, Esprit Marina Del Rey. They have an amazing team led by Mark, who is a genuinely nice person and caring. Furthermore Kandi was super helpful with move in process. I have the best slip in Marina now. I can not be happier.
