Our air conditioner went out last night and we called Esser Air Conditioning in the AM (Saturday) for a service call. Jason was here by 10: 45am and solve our problem in 10 minutes. Esser is our go to company we have used them for years.

Wow! This is the first time that we have used Esser heating and air conditioning. They were most responsive to our needs, and dispatched Matthew to assist with service request. Matthew was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and most efficient. We are so happy with Service today. We will be back!

I am a tenant so can’t speak to cost but this company has provided good quality and professional service for me for a few years. They’ve performed routine maintenance and responded to emergency (summer in the desert!) outages of my AC very promptly and fixed the issue. And now they have installed a new AC unit which is working quite well.

Esser AC saved me! One of my almost new units (from Jan 2022) stopped working! I called the company that did the expensive install and was told that it would be over a week! It was 116 degrees outside! Esser sent a well qualified technician the same day, he returned the next morning with the necessary part, and we had AC! Call Esser! They are the best!

We had great service from Mike (sales), and Aaron and Brad (installation). They had to hustle to get around the road closures with hurricane Hilary. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Very pleasant and highly professional. Thanks guys!

Today a technician from Esser Marco Sanchez came to give a a second opinion on repairs to my 4-ton Train unit. His evaluation was well appreciated and confirmed as the prayer technician from another company Who came. After meeting Marco I was really comfortable with his customer attributes and would have like him to be the one to have made the necessary repairs. But with much regret and serious consideration, there high cost and us being on a fixed-income and senior citizens makes it very difficult.

This company does not fulfill 24/7 service calls. I had an emergency and called a few times with no answer. I eventually left a message and they never called back. It was a Sunday am. I eventually called the fire department to help me out and disengage the unit. I had a contract with this company but am hesitant to renew with them. To be fair, none of these companies have true 24hr service. I called plenty of them and no one ever returned a call.

After having enrolled in a maintenance plan with another A/C company in the desert (who was "Absolute"-ly awful) a few years ago, during the intense heat of July, we had 5 service calls with that company that cost us $1200+ with the final one advising us to replace the system that was less than 10 years old.

So we called Esser, who had originally installed the system for a second opinion. We appreciated that they offered the second opinion for free. The technician listened thoughtfully to our issues and what we shared about the previous company. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it for significantly less than replacing the system. We also joined their maintenance plan going forward. Thanks, Esser!

Eduardo, Jesse and Devin worked hard over the two days they were installing our new AC system. They arrived on time, were efficient, helpful, and cleaned up after the work was done.

Esser Air Serviceman, Chris Englund was on time, very professional, knowledgable and provided excellent service with a smile.

We had a total replacement of our heating & A/C system installed here today. The Esser crew of Eduardo, Bradley, Josh, & Aaron were so great to work with. They were on time, efficient, respectful of us & our property, tackled our messy furnace closet without complaint! I love old fashioned good service & quality. We’ve used Esser for years for our 2x yearly service and have always been impressed. Today was no exception. Well done crew.

I’ve been in the dessert for 14yrs and have gone through just about every AC business there is.
I make myself learn about stuff I don’t know anything about- lots of research including what the mfgr says about their unit. … and all this boils down to one great family team that actually knows what they’re talking about! - ESSER
ESSER provides details in every aspect of the job; like providing pictures and details of everything that was checked. The first guy I got last year was one of the family- unbelievable! And the second guy might as well been family too (although he wasn’t)
was a 1st class professional technician- knowledgeable and Honest!

Unfortunately this valley is full of a lot of people (even those you see on TV with many advertisements) that are uneducated even when they say they’re certified end up to be a bunch of smooth talking and do nothing techs.

Matthew was prompt, courteous, and explained everything he did. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Although I am not replacing my unit at this time, the estimate was in line with others, and the person doing the estimate was very professional and seemed very informed on AC products.
