I received helpful updates and our package was delivered on time and in a location that made it easy for us to move it into the house.

They delivered early! This would have been great, but my order was over 1k lbs.on a giant pallet and no notification of delivery was made. NO PHONE CALL. NO EMAIL. NO TEXT.it was just pure luck I was home when he pulled up in a semi-truck.

Delivery driver was very kind and courteous. We were not kept up to date with text messages for delivery so it was a surprise when the driver arrived. However it was delivered earlier than the window we were originally given. Our product did have a fractured base but it is impossible to know when in the shipping/delivery process this happened and may not be due to Estes.

The delivery driver was friendly and professional. The whole delivery experience was only like 5 minutes, but his pleasant demeanor was evident. Oh, and the product (a large, heavy treadmill) arrived in perfect condition with no damage to the shipping carton.

Estes provided emails and a call to communicate exactly when we would expect our shipment. The driver was prompt and very friendly.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT USE THEM! I received a voicemail that my package was ready to be delivered I had to call back 6 times to get someone on the phone. When I did they said the package had not been entered in the system and I would have to call back to schedule. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR OVER A WEEK BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN. I also contacted them via email but that was useless. Once my package was delivered one of the packages was missing! Also, there where holes in all of the boxes! NEVER USE THEM.

I had a big package delivered to my office which meant the driver had to go through 4 doors to get it where I needed it. He was extremely nice, polite, looked professional in appearance, and didn't seemed bothered by the hassle of going through 4 doors with the package.
