This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Their customer service is terrible. They treat people so rudely when trying to fix a problem that was on their side. If there was a zero star I would click it. I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else where you will get your moneys worth

They do not care about their customers unless they’re family or friends! I was miss treated, like a liar. I was quoted, one price and charged another. So embarrassing! I will be spreading the word, on how this business does not care about their customers, unless you are of friends and family. I can’t believe how bad I was treated, how they didn’t even care, that I was told one thing, and they were trying to charge me for another, treating me like I was trying to rip them off, when, in reality, they were the ones ripping me off. So embarrassing so unprofessional! You don’t treat your customers like that! Horrible! If I can give this place a zero, I would! That is no way to treat people, especially customers! You should communicate to your hair dressers, that they are not allowed to quote prices! & if they do, you should honor the price for the customer, & not treat them like a liar, with disrespect! Not good business!

They dont take care of their clients I told the guy to cut in inch of my hair then he cuts 3 inches of my hair they dont even listen ti what i said its like they gave the opposite of what I wanted i do not recommend plss dont.

I tried to give this place a chance many, many, many times. One time I went in to get a haircut, but they did not sanitize their equipment, I got a skin condition, and I had to go to a doctor, it has been months, and it still is not cleared. With that same haircut, I wanted a trim just to cut an inch or two. My hair was up to the mid back; they left it to my check, my hair was part of my identity, and they cut it off the way they wanted, not the way I wanted. I went to give another relative a haircut, and I tagged along. We were told it was going to be a thirty-minute wait, which we were ok with. But two hours passed by and nothing; WE WAS WAITING FOR TWO HOURS FOR A HAIRCUT? I SET A TIMER TO SEE HOW MUCH IT WOULD TAKE. I asked them again and again, and they kept saying, two more minutes, two more minutes, two more minutes until it was thirty minutes LATER. We gave up and left; we spent TWO AND A HALF HOUR WAITING there, FOR NOTHING. These people are so unprofessional; take your money elsewhere, please.so after two botched haircuts and a skin condition from the lack of sanitization of the tools later, and then waiting two and a half hours for nothing another time. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO OUT OF TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE. I WOULD SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THIS IS INCREDIBLY UNACCEPTABLE. 0/10

PS. Appointments are a formality but do not matter at all; save your breath instead of making that dreaded phone call with these people; not worth wasting time with them at all.
