DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY TO NORMA THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH HER AND HER FACILITY THAT MY BABY SCREAMS AT THE SIGHT OF HER AND WHEN QUESTIONED INSTEAD OF BEING CONCERNED SHE PANICKED. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILD IN NORMAS CARE ALSO SHE WANTS TO GET FULLY PAID FOR EVERY DAY OFF HER AND HER STAFF TAKE VACATIONS, SICK AND EVERYTHING ELSE THIS IS ONLY DAY CARE THAT TAKES OFF FOR EVERYSINGLE HOLIDAY THAT MOST ARE OPEN FOR.

Having known "Miss Norma as she is fondly named for over 10 yrs, is good, kind and professional. I have referred families to Miss Norma over the yrs and the feedback was always positive. I will continue to refer families to her as long as she remains open.

As I mom and ex child care provider I had very high standards for care for my children. Ms Norma was born for this, I would not trust my children with anyone eles. Even my troubled child was no problem for Ms. Norma.

BEWARE! Do not trust your baby who can’t speak with Norma I put in mine newborn with her well after three months old Norma was referred to me by a family member and later I found out that our daughters went to a private school elementary together she works perfect fit until I started to notice my baby would scream anytime he would get a look at Norma he was totally happy and fine if he would see Norma‘s helper but the minute he laid eyes on Norma he panicked this was my baby telling me something was wrong when I questioned Norma about it She panicked and messaged me As soon as I left her front door and said she could no longer take care of my son I don’t know why my son was scared to death of her but he had been in her care for almost 8 months and I was there three days a week he should’ve been very comfortable and used to Norma instead of being scared
