This company only sells Chinese-made products. They offer NO technical or After-sale support inquiries. The do not answer phone inquiries nor return any phone calls. Etekcity does not reply to email requests for assistance.

Love the air fryer and air purifier! What makes the products unique is that you can connect all of their smart products within an app. Both have become apart of my family’s daily routine — from our nightly dinners to sleeping with the purifier. I would highly recommend these quality products!
