Found Ms. Wynn very cold, unsympathetic and misleading on all cost. It’s also difficult to see how a mortuary in a city of majority military, lacks any support for the grieving family that has no means to afford your prices. I guess it’s more profitable to charge the, city, state or county for burial of those that served to protect you, in a Plotters field. I personally find NO “Dignity “ for that, but only pure disrespect. Don’t get me wrong I realize death is a business too, but still believe more support could have been available. We were informed “the VA” only provides head stone. You are incorrect, the VA will provide a plot as well. Once again no Dignity in lies.

Our father unexpectedly passed away the last week of January 2023. Thankfully my parents had already pre-paid their arrangements with eternal Hills a few years ago. They didn’t want to give “us” their children the burden of having to pay for anything. We worked with Cecilia & Kailani. Both very sweet, personal, thoughtful young ladies. The process of this whole unfortunate net planning was worked out delicately but quickly.

Cecelia was even kind enough to hand me an estimate amount for my husband’s and mine services.
I never knew that we were able to pay for our services before we even pass away, so this is peace of mind to know. God for bid when we pass I wouldn’t want our children to have to deal with more sadness specially financially. So thank God my husband and I have started a payment plan.

Beware…do your research before using them.
Pricing is high, customer service has no idea what they are doing and management isn’t any help

The staff at Eternal Hills were extremely helpful in this time of need and took every account in detail to care for a departed loved one. Thank you.

Sum it up to say that the GM here is very kind and ultimately made up for my initial experience with Eternal Hills. If you need simple cremation of a loved one, I would shop around because their prices are significantly higher than the nearby competition. I was in a panic so I didn't price shop first. The GM waived the initial, one block transport fee so I could have my friend cremated elsewhere for a reasonable amount, under $700. I appreciate his handling of an unusual situation and thus softening the blow of losing a dear friend.

So sorely disappointed in the delay after delay and the errors and forgetfulness provided by Eternal Hills. You drive into the grounds and when entering, the grounds, flowers, plants and paths are pristine; the plants are beautifully tendered, there is wood chips and it looks well maintained. Their "Secret" Garden must really be "secret" as it looks like the staff has completely forgotten about it. The lack of care to the site is terrible. The roses are being eaten up by pests, they are not receiving water as evident by roses dying and the ground is hard and dry. Are they providing fertilizer? Providing pest control? There are sprinklers but they are not working correctly and there are not enough to efficiently cover the area. There should actually be drippers as roses should not be watered overhead. You can see where there were some of the red wood chips as coverage but that is sorely lacking and the ground is mostly exposed dirt. Also, when you drive further to the back of the grounds, there is a headstone that has sunk where the ground collasped. Looks like it has been that way for awhile. So sad. But I guess the tenants can't complain. What are they going to do, pack up and leave? Just a sad state of affairs.

Funerals are never easy to deal with but the entire staff and team we were given was outstanding. Gabriel, Cecilia, Natalie, and Brittany went above and beyond to help our family in such a difficult time. They made every step of the process a bit more bearable and easy to deal with. A big thank you to the entire team from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you!

The staff here are kind, courteous and very helpful. My parents arrangements were made decades ago but everything was honored as purchased. I also have made my arrangements decades ago here and feel confident in my choice. I would highly recommend Eternal Hills as a final resting place.

Overall, the folks at Eternal Hills were professional, patient, and delightful to work with.
Maria Padilla made sure that all of our needs were handled well. She communicated every step of the way. Her doing so was very comforting, especially at lousy moment in our family's life.

Tom Olivera went above and beyond to help me despite my sister's burial being over 40 years ago. Thank you for your compassion and understanding.

From the moment we first contacted Eternal Hills Memorial Park to arrange service, the entire staff was, simply put - amazing. Everyone at Eternal Hills understood that emotions run high with the passing of a loved one, and all staff members were respectful, polite, professional, understanding, accommodating, and showed a deep level of compassion and respect - all qualities that are priceless, and that will always be appreciated and remembered.

I would like to share one of many examples where a staff member went above and beyond normal duties to assist our family. A staff member named K. C. Kennedy, noticed that two adults and three children were waiting in the lobby while four other adults were in a lengthy meeting. She not only checked on us numerous times, but also brought us bottled water, and a box filled with chips and other snacks. The children were at first shy, but with KC's, compassionate and friendly demeanor, they quickly warmed up to her and made the visit less stressful.

KC was also present on two others visits we made and once again, her professionalism and compassion made the visits much easier to attend. From, beginning to end, Eternal Hills has been nothing less then outstanding in the service they provided to our family. All life eventually ends. When this occurs, Eternal Hills stands ready to shoulder the emotional load that families must bear in scheduling a service. Eternal Hills provided a truly dignified and unique service for us and should be your first choice when a loved one passes.

Worst place ever. Regret burying my dad here. First they start renovating who knows what WITHOUT TELLING US. Then they shut off the water around the whole area so where are we suppose to get water from then? Then there’s gravel all around my dads area from them digging and making a mess. Called to ask if they can help us with buckets or give us a ride with their carts to get water and they said they can’t do anything about that. Thank you for taking all our money and giving us 0 help. Love the service.

There is no wrong question to ask, they attempt to allow you to do anything unique to make this last moment a special one. Everything fell perfectly in place even with something so unexpectedly happing to our family. Couldn't ask for more.
