Eternal Valley Memorial Park & Mortuary, Newhall CA

Eternal Valley Memorial Park and Mortuary is an amazing place to lay to rest your loved one. The staff is amazing. I worked with Jennifer on the cemetery side and Laura on the mortuary side. Both Jennifer and Laura were so welcoming to me and they both were very knowledgeable about everything. They answered all my questions I had as this was my first time going through this. Also the cemetery is simply beautiful and peaceful. When I am there visiting my mom or just going to my appointments prior, I felt an honest breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Eternal Valley.

The staff at eternal Valley was very considerate and kind and compassionate during a very difficult time with the passing of my mom. I would definitely recommend their facility. The people were lovely and made us feel like we were the only ones that were important. They were professional And kind and willing to help us with whatever we needed.

We had a wonderful experience at Eternal Valley, Steve and Lindsey took care of everything for us and made the process so easy. We did not have to worry about anything and they notified us if there was an issue. They were great.

So it’s All Saints Day and they decide in their Devine wisdom to throw out the flowers just two days after the holiday. In the past they would extend the flower collection date by a week. When my mother asked them about this they were very rude, had no respect, and acted like they had no idea what my mother and I were talking about. The one supposed person who is the worst customer service rep I have ever had to deal with was Steve. He made it so my Mother’s concerns weren’t important and summed it up by saying to her, “Well there is nothing he can do. ” It seems to me that Steve doesn’t care about the people who have lost family members who visit here to pay their respects.

Eternal Valley Memorial Park is maintained beautifully with easy access for family members and friends to honor their loved ones. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.and they all go out of their way to make sure visitors and mourners feel respected. Special shout-out to Armando, one of the groundskeepers/gardeners who maintains the memorial park. He was also very helpful and supportive when I had a problem with my car!

Wow the service at eternal valley is the best.very personable staff, who have gone above and beyond to create such a beautiful experience in my loss journey not once but twice. Maria, Jennifer, Kat, and Kenya have all done an amazing job in making feel supported in such difficult times.there are no words to express exactly how I feel exept for blessed to had have them as my Guides through this experience. I love how everything turned out and the emotional support extended to me time after time thanks ladies you're amazing. From beginning to end the service here was exceptional.
