Visited this studio four times when I was in topanga. I felt very nourished after attending, the atmosphere and welcoming instructors made every visit an opportunity to re balance and connect with myself. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a calm, non competitive environment for restoration.

What a lovely studio to practice in! I was greeted warmly by the owners, Ali and Elizabeth, and the teacher, Edward, taught an amazing class. The studio had a peaceful, zen vibe to it. I am looking forward to practicing there on a regular basis. Thank you for creating this wonderful space!
