It's ok, I guess I heard after moving here, that this place was a bit dingyy. With unacceptable people hanging out. It's very quiet since I have been here. ('Bout a year), Seems Cool. I couldn't think of a less expensive way to get past this VIRUS QUARENTIENE! It came a a good time.and nobody's even hit me up for a joint or nothing! Hahaha. It is a very comfortable place right now. Though I heard we have new management. Hopefully, all stays calm.
