Europa Inn & Suites, Desert Hot Springs CA

The place was good and dandy, but watch out they have yet to give me back my deposit and it’s been two weeks and they have their number changed online and you’re calling some random lady that’s not even for the business

Rooms are not modernized enough. No view, and crazy how i had 2 walk all the way around to the front from back parking area. Kinda creepy at late night hours

No hot water, torn sheets, moldy smell, broken TV, thin walls, and a woman yelling off and on until 3am in the next room. Calling it a boutique hotel should be illegal.it's atotal falsehood. It's dump, we were robbed.

Stayed here more than a few times. It's a place to stay out of the elements of hot and cold. MOTEL 6 is much nicer.

Maybe it's all explainable because it's such a bad neighborhood. So many Shady people hanging out of the parking lot liquor stores, it's just LOW END NEIGHBOHOOD. I justpost eye surgery straight from the hospital and we stepped into the office to ask if I could use the microwave later. The woman at the desk started yelling at me that I was walking on the clean floor and she wasn't saying BE CAREFUL, she was SCREAMING as if I was her child. I said I'm sorry may I use the microwave later and she said not if you're going to be rude! You're not even staying here.

Here's the thing though I was. I never will again. I don't need to be treated like a child. Even if I wasn't she's unkind. Clearly my eye was bandaged.

The room is Tiny. The bed platform is for a larger bed so expect to bang your shins up. The water is nice and hot.

Recently came here and everything was HORRENDOUS! You could not even enter the room because of the nasty smell of smoke! The room looked so unsafe. Almost like it came out of a horror movie and someone was gonna die that night. Left immediately and NOT coming back. Other friends came with the same problems but they deciding to stay. Turns out, they sold the room to someone else while they were staying there! Would NEVER recommend!

I booked and paid for 2 nights with a king sized bed, got there was given a room with a queen. Told them the issue and they had no other rooms and was also told that this room was marked in their system as a king. So I don't know what else they are charging and not giving to their customers. This room was not worth 500 I can tell you that right now.

This is a great place to stay if you aren't breaking the rules and being destructive cause you will get charged for any and all destructive behavior. I think the housekeepers are very polite and front desk too I have been staying here since they opened and will continue to recommend it wish they had a swimming pool other then that it's good.
