Great wine. Relaxing and beautiful setting as well as friendly, knowledgable staff. Highly recommend Europa. Recommend the restaurant as well.

Wonderful winery. Betsy and Charity are knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman who posted the negative yelp review about Betsy was way off base and only eavesdropped on a portion of the conversation.

We stayed at hotel hostel. Starting with terrible signage where to check in. Dirt road and parking, muddy with suit case. Restaurant terrible service, forgot two orders and they never came. We had four rooms and TV didn’t work in any. We have stayed many times at south coast and Pointe they give a bottle of wine at check in but not Europa. As a business person they have growing pains and need to fix what they have before building more.

Visited this winery after all the amazing reviews but was deeply disappointed yesterday. I ate brunch here yesterday, only to experience food poisoning, I was sick all night last night from eating here. I didn’t have anything to eat after brunch due to the pain and twisting turning I felt in my stomach I was in a lot pain. I was up until past 1am this morning. Exhausted still and not feeling well. I called and spoke to a manager and informed them, they simply mentioned they would call me back if they heard of any one else getting sick. After all this, management offers a simple call back. I would think twice about visiting this winery.

I LOVE this place! This is my second time in the Valley, and the reason behind my second visit was the Bolero chef’s culinary art. He’s a true gem of the Europa Village, and I’ll definitely will be coming back. I’ve got some items on the menu I haven’t tried yet and some other items I’ll try again. Thank you chef Hanu, you make our lives way more delicious!

My husband and I stayed there last almost 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, when we check our bank statement a couple days after we realized we were charged $192 and we didn’t know why, we called them and they said it looked like we had dinner at their restaurant but we never did, so the person on the phone said he will go check with his manager and call us back. But he never did, we call them back next day and they didn’t answer so my husband left a voicemail, they never call us again, in the last week we have call about 3 times and they never answer and they haven’t call us back. They also haven’t refund us our money.

We like it here, and it's growing. Spanish, Italian, and French wines and flavors are represented and offered here. It is still under construction and one of the best wineries in Temecula I think. I will be really happy when they pave the parking lot, though. Coming here means having a dirty car the next day. This is the only drawback.

I love that they actually had an non-sweet rosé with herbal and floral tones, crisp and delicious! Drank it under the sun. The garden is super cute and everyone was friendly. We didn’t get to try the new building for a brunch buffet, but maybe we will for a special occasion. Worth a visit!

Had an awesome wine tour! Becky was extremely courteous & very knowledgeable. We lucked out as it was only my wife & myself on the tour. It was an amazing time. This was the 2nd time for myself & 3rd time for my wife on this tour. We love seeing the growth of Europa & are excited for what's to come. Thank you again Becky for loving what you do, because it is clearly expressed in your level of customer service that you provide.

Was not impressed when we got there. The first wine tasting person was horrible. She really didn't explain anything to us. Then we went to the Italy and French wine tasting. Madeline was fantastic and knowledgeable.

Our family loved this winery and highly recommend. Justin was a great host and made it a great experience for us. It also helps the wines were very good especially reds.

First time out in Temecula
Love the wine but the service I received from Carolyn in the tasting room discouraged me and made me feel out of place.

I told her it was my first time upon ordering and probably looking confused.
She disregarded my comment. I then ordered the charcuterie board (plastic tray)
I looked confused upon receiving it (wasn’t expecting it to look that way).
She saw my confusion and asked if I would prefer chips and salsa. I felt insulted and held what I wanted to say in because I do not want her poor service to ruin my first time out in Temecula.

Very nice winery with various areas for dining or wine tasting. Having a little dog with us, we were allowed to go to the outdoor wine tasting area. The wines are quite nice and we wound up buying a bottle. There are charcuterie options for purchase as well. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. They are building a huge village with a Spanish villa, French villa, etc.which should be complete by late summer 2023. Plus is the EV Charger in the parking lot.

We did Bolero’s tasting flights at this winery and hands down had THE BEST wine tasting experience we have ever had, and we have been on several. Elijah was a lot of fun and we learned a lot about the different types of wineries Europa Village has. This place has a very beautiful setting and outstanding wines. Definitely recommend joining the club & coming for wine tasting:)

I don’t really like to write bad things about the places I visit, but with this one I thought I should do it, because the marketing team, sale the place and food very different as the experience really is. I went to the bolero restaurant which claim to offer Spanish food, nothing more distant than that, maybe they have Spanish plates served with American flavor but is not Spanish at all, so that is a big disappointment. The service was very unpleasant with us, it was windy and we were sitting at the patio, so we asked 3 times for a heater or to be moved to another table, but none of them happened they tried moving a heater closer to us, but they were trying to cover 3 tables with 1 heater so it was unsuccessful, the waiter not very kind, we had to go to the counter for our check, to be honest the only good thing about the place is the architecture and decoration. But when it comes to food or service they really need to work a lot on it. Not worth it for the prices.

We went on Saturday March 25th 2023, we were there at 5: 00 pm.

To be honest very nice looking place, but very bad service and really need to improve the flavors of the Spanish food.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place, since we traveled from LA all the way there just to eat there, so our expectations were higher than what we found there.

So my son from Pittsburgh visited me and my family in Temecula. The weather was horrible cold and rainy. We went over to this winery since there was a break in the rain. Got to this winery and went up to order two flights $50 worth this lady walks up and says last call for drinks was at 5: 30 and we close at 6. I looked at my watch and it was 5: 35 I said really your not going to serve us she said no. Horrible service that’s how you treat your guests.

Racist! Don’t go! I had the worst experience of my life, I was raised In south OC and never thought I would experience anything like this and today was my eye opener! Europa Village Chase Thank you for your Judgment?

Exquisite Paella with Spanish chorizo well balanced with a sparkling Rosé. Delicate brussel sprout appetizer. Can't wait to see the Italian and French pavilions once they are completed. Great work by Joe the waiter.

Hi everyone. I am not leaving this review to complain. Just want the management to know what is going on, on their Hotel part. I called on Feb 2nd and made reservations for April 3rd and 4th. I asked several times that I want a room on second floor, facing the city with balcony. The rate was $300 and some per night, I greed and reservations was made. When I got there at 4pm on April 3rd which was 2 days ago, the receptionist told me the only room is available is on the first floor.
Very Dark, Small room with balcony however tall trees we’re right in front of the balcony. With my passed experience I knew what problems I would face, I told them my reservations is for second floor and I was charged for the second floor but the yung receptionist with no care told me, this is it and it’s all available and if I don’t want to stay, he wouldn’t care and I could leave.
We’ll making the story short, I had no choice and couldn’t look for another hotel at 5 pm Friday evening.
Problems with first floor rooms are;
1- Very Dark
2-Small
3- Noisy Beds
4- Noisy floors
4- Thin walls that we could hear next door snoring.
5- Not even a USB connection.
6- No one There to help you with the luggages.
7- One key for flimsy doors and lucks.
….
Well, I can add several more like no adequate parking spaces and not even a trash can for entry area for first floor and etc.

Finally I paid almost over $700.00 for 2 nights that I can easily compare it to Motel 6.
My wife and I are not happy with our stay and this was the second time in the last 2 years we tried this place.
I would only put 1 star but their winery is fine although that nothing like Altesima or Fazely or a-few more nearby.
I don’t think that I will ever want to go back there.

They have best brunch in the town. They have very good food quality. And the staff are friendly. The ace design and their clean restrooms takes 10/10! Happy to visit again!
