I was expecting this pecan pie to be super sweet and when it is, I’m only able to have about 3-4 bites. This pecan pie is the right amount of sweet and flavor that it doesn’t taste like candy. It tastes like an actual pie! I’ll be back to pick up another one next week and maybe even pick up that cinnamon pull apart bread while I’m at it! The staff is amazing as well.

OMG these people are AWESOME. First off, I got two tier cake modern boho style with the top part being bavarian and the bottom being black forest. We love them for using whipped frosting and it tasted awesome. My wedding was in Julian, so they were able to deliver it there. I know it was far, but they did it and helped me through the process. I'll update with a pic soon!

I was coming into town for a birthday and found this bakery online and took a chance and I am glad I did. The cake was white barvarian with fresh strawberries sooo good. The staff was so good about answering all questions and all details. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you

Amazing wedding cake. It tasted amazing. Our favorite is the Swiss German chocolate Cake! Also make sure to try the pull apart bread… delicious!

Absolutely love this bakery. I used to come with my dad, and forgot about it because it's in a part of town I usually don't visit regularly. I was very happy to find that they're still there and their baked goods are just as delicious as I remembered. The truffle cake is moist, chocolatey, and absolutely amazing. Not overly sweet. Carrot cake is not sweet, a perfect mix of nuts and raisins, and delicious. Hope to come back and revisit some of their other cake flavors and brownies. Staff is also very nice, they take Venmo or cash, and parking wasn't difficult considering their location on a small street with no lot. Prices also were reasonable for the quality of the baked goods.

I’m from Tennessee and I have had a hard time finding pull-apart bread that matches up to the one I used to have as a kid growing up. (My friend’s mom used to make it for us all of the time.) This pull-apart bread was SO delicious. It was soft and crunchy in all of the right places and stayed fresh for a whole week as I had it for breakfast every day. 10/10 YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!

I’ve ordered from here for our wedding and now for a first communion. I’ve also ordered for many other occasions over the years. The cakes are always top notch and, as a local, I’ve not yet found a bakery I trust more for special occasion cakes. This particular time most of our adult guests even came back for seconds!

My husband and I have been coming here for years! Obviously the Swiss Black Forest is our absolute favorite but their white Bavarian is also AMAZING. Their cinnamon pull apart bread is to die for! We love it so much that even though we’ve moved out of town, we make sure to stop by for a few slices, because YES, they do also sell convenient slices for when you need a fix but you don’t need a whole cake lol! We love it so much and it is and always will be our go to for all of our special events and cravings!

Last weekend May 6 we celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday & we ordered the chocolate Swiss cake at European Cake Gallery OMG one my favorites cakes! My cusin introduced this cake to us many years ago, always kind and friendly thank you to my friend Jorge everyone loved the cake it was almost all gone

The Bavarian Cream…? My god! The cakes are obviously delicious but the people are even better. The kindest family owns this bakery and they operate this bakery with their heart and soul. It is very obvious:)

I can't say enough good things about this place. They made my wedding cake 8 years ago and till this day we use them all things Cake. They are always so good about making us feel extra special when I bring my daughter in, thank you to you all for being my GO TO spot. Also love that this is a family owned business, I recommend them to all family and friends.

This place is amazing the cakes are great (the German chocolate is my favorite) and their pull apart is to die for. Definitely give it a try 5 stars.

This place has Horrible cakes the cake we just eat from them was tasteless and Bland we’ve had there cakes a few times now and each time we’ve had them too much sugar and they were just Not good

European Cake Gallery has the absolute best cakes, pies, cookies and treats for special occasions, get togethers, or just any ordinary special day! I highly highly recommend this place. Also family owned by an awesome family so that’s a huge plus!

Simply the best. We ordered a custom chocolate cake, with chocolate mousse, and whipped cream fillings, with fresh strawberries, and chocolate shavings on top. Absolutely incredible.the cake is SO SOFT AND LIGHT. The only place to get your cake!

Is classic staple of San Diego. You cannot think cake/pies/ apple strudel and/or cinnamon pull apart (monkey bread) without thinking European cake Galkey. The best cakes I have ever had in my life. They offer traditional holiday cookies too. Their pumpkin and pecan pies are to die for! I have actually eating full ones on my own. They also have cake slices for sale and cupcakes!
