Good shop; good communications; good service. No one wants to go to the body shop but you could do a lot worse.

I’ve had my Tesla serviced by European Auto Collision twice since buying my car, once for a warranty paint and the second time for damage after a collision and both times they’ve done a terrific job with the repairs and paint. I swear, each time the car comes back nicer then when I bought it. Sergio, and staff are friendly and professional. I even met the owner the first time. He showed me to my car without telling me he owned the place. Very nice man. They go the extra mile to make sure your car is cared for. God forbid I need more repairs, but I’ll use then again if I do.

Sergio made the painful experience of a post accident situation virtually painless. He stayed in touch regularly to let me know the status all along the way. I felt like I was dealing with a caring, professional human being, not someone “just doing their job. ” I would use them again though I hope I’ll never need to!

Had two doors damaged in a windstorm driving to SF. Arrived in town and called, took the car in the next morning and got it back the next day, on Christmas week. Repair and customer service exceeded expectations. So pleased.

I got into an accident in August in my Tesla Model S.
Though i never planned to need a Body Shop, I sure am glad European Collision was the Body Shop I chose.

Jin Kang was my point of contact throughout. He kept me informed and managed a very difficult and complex claim very well. He is very empathetic and is an excellent communicator.

He advocated for me with All State and Tesla throughout the process.

They did a great job on the repair. My car has never been cleaner.

Also, Jin along with management at European Collision did the right thing for me and made things right with me for mistakes that weren’t necessarily theirs.

They took responsibility for some delays during this process even though the delays were caused by extenuating circumstances!

I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and the integrity they show in going above and beyond to make things right for me.

European Collision Center is a very professional car collision repair business in San Francisco. Their shop is clean and I was very impressed with the repair work they completed on my Mercedes SUV bumper.

I have now had two body repairs done with European Collision Center on Napoleon Street. They have done a great job each time, the repair work is impossible to find and the car comes back spotless. I hope I do not need body repair again, but if I do I will not hesitate to use them again.

They had the car for a few weeks and I have a very special color. I called to ask if the car would be ready and they said yes. On that day, I received a call and I called them back. Turns out the newly painted bumper didn’t match the car, so they had to redo it. I am very happy they redid the paint. I am very picky and if they noticed the color problem. I would have also seen it. When I got the car back. WOW! It looks Amazing. I can’t tell where the paint differences are. I am very happy with the work done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. European Collision is great! They take the extra time to make sure the job is done right. From my experience they are a company with integrity which is important in body repair. I have had some unfortunate events with my cars recently and EC have always been there for me to fix them up.

Their workmanship is top notch and their attention to detail is impeccable. My car was returned to me in pristine condition, looking exactly as I first purchased it. I thought they had to replace my hood but they repaired it and it looks flawless!
