If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Honestly i never write bad reviews but had a horrible experience with mark. Was using foul language while on the phone and wouldn’t answer any of my questions. I don’t really think he knows much about Audis because he had no idea that these motors also came with a aluminum intake manifold and kept trying to insist that he won’t work with me because its “aftermarket”. Mind you this car is the same as it was when it left the showroom. Avoid at all costs, or at least mark.

European Motors has been my trusted Los Angeles mechanic shop for about eight years now and they've kept my older, high-mileage vehicles in great working condition during that time. Their prices are very fair and the staff is always more than happy to breakdown an issue or repair in layman's terms. This is a fantastic business!

Mark and his team are amazing! I brought my Audi Q5 there after Firestone overfilled it with oil during an oil change which led to a massive leak. They completely inspected it, replaced the damaged oil plug and a faulty oil sensor (which had created the issue in the first place) and cleaned all of the leaked oil off of the undercarriage. He knows his stuff and was friendly to deal with and fairly priced. Will be trusting him with all of my needs in the future.

I won't take my Eurovan anywhere else but here. Mark was able to diagnose an electrical issue and have it fixed the next day

I asked Mark to look into a braking issue my car was experiencing. At the end of the day he printed a safety recall for cars similar to mine but not mine and said his mechanics were able to replicate the braking issue once, after reviewing dashcam footage they did not. Instead Mark had them do a general inspection which I did not ask for. Save your money, take your car anywhere else for a more honest shop.

European Motors is the best. Been taking my old Discovery Land Rover there for years and, thanks to Marc, not too often. Marc is honest and reliable.

I took my 2014 X1 to them and now take my 2018 X2 to them. They have saved me a ton of money with diagnostics so I could take advantage of my warranty. They are fair priced and will keep your car running for years to come.

Mark was great and responded very fast on the phone, appointment was very easy to set up over a quick call, had my problems diagnosed and called me back to confirm the work to be done. It was finished fast and fixed the multiple issues with my car. Definitely will be going back in the future.

Mark could not be more helpful and kind if he tried, he and his team offer quick repairs that are explained thoroughly and priced reasonably. Take your car here, you will not regret it!

If you need a new mechanic, GO TO THIS SHOP. I have an Audi and wanted to find somewhere other than the dealership to take my car to. I’m so grateful that I wound up at European motors. Mark not only took notes when I spoke to him, which made so much sense to me but had never happened when going to the mechanic, but he also showed me the parts taken out of my vehicle after the work was done, explained the work better than anyone’s explained the work to me as well AND gave me an itemized list of the work done. I was beyond impressed. Amazing service! Highly recommend going here!
