I used to go to a chain waxing place for years until recently when I fed up with their declining quality and service. Thought I would give Carla a try and I am sold after first visit! What a difference I experienced there - convenient location, easy online booking, pristine interior, and Carla's incredible skills, patience and attentiveness. Her obsession with the results and perfectionism are worthy every penny and the long drive I have to endure - I live in Los Angeles. Yes Carla is that awesome!

Amazing Brazilian! Will definitely will be back. Carla is super sweet from Brazil. She uses soft wax which gets better results. She's quick and knows how to make it pain free. I've tried so many different waxing places. She's by far the best value and best experience! $45 Brazilian + tip. Use cash if you can:)

A friendly atmosphere, on my last visit I saw Sarah at the location on Wall Street. She was super friendly, took extra care to do a great job, was meticulous in her work, and was warm, kind and caring. I'd highly recommend seeing her and was glad she was at the Wall Street location.

On their website they accepted the appointment and when went to their salon they mentioned its closed. Its wasting customers time.

The first wax is free but I got a full so it ended up being really discounted. They are in a shopping center with a parking garage so that's convenient. Everyone I've seen there has always been polite and professional. Tatiana is the best! Super nice, knows what she's doing and makes good chitchat to put you at ease.

I love EWC. No pain or redness after a waxing. Better than places I've been to before for sure.

Slightly expensive but the service makes it worth while. Good opportunity to go to Little Japantown too!
