European Wax Center, Pleasanton CA

Ok so I'm not into waxing. I appreciated their sense of humor when at age 81 I jokingly applied for work waxing their customers. Now that, I could get into.

Always love European Wax Center and especially this location! Friendly staff and speedy service!

I’ve had a great experience since my first was here. Kaci was the first person I saw way over a year ago and then she became manager, so I started seeing Sarah and I absolutely love her. She’s an awesome person, very professional and personable and she’s quick and makes it less painful somehow! I think all the people there are very professional. No complaints!

Kayla is amazing! Her technique is pain-free even for the most delicate areas, and she’s a sweetheart too. The staff at the front is always nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend EWC!

My waxer at a smaller center cancelled very last minute and European Wax Center had an opening! Alex welcomed me with service and price information and Madison did a fabulous job while also making me feel very comfortable! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

First time @ The European wax center, needless to say I was nervous. Amazing customer service upon arrival made me feel like I’ve been going there forever. My waxer Brit was also awesome, Made me feel so comfortable and not so nervous. Needless to say I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you to an amazing staff

Honestly, i see nicolette and she is 100% a 10/5 stars she is that amazing and has always made me feel so comfortable.so this review has nothing to do with the staff or anything because they are all so great to me!

i have been going to EWC for almost a year now and recently i guess they changed the wax.this wax is not good.i get a brazilian and i can take the pain easily but this new wax legit was painful and felt like sand paper to me.and on top of that i had a reaction afterwards.i have never had an issue with what they used to use and i was informed the wax they had this past time is different than what they usually get.and they were right.the new wax is not good and i hope they go back to the old one ASAP.that is the reason why this is a 2/5

EWC is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I have been going here for about 4 years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend EWC in Pleasanton.

This is really the best of the best location next to mission valley San Diego.

I’ve been a regular customer at EWC and have been to several locations throughout the Bay Area. Pleasanton’s location is by far the best location with amazing customer service. This includes Alex who greeted me with a friendly smile to Shayla who was very nice and detailed with her work. I’d definitely recommend this location for anybody who’s looking to get waxed!

I absolutely love European Wax Center from their front desk personnel to their wax specialist in the back. Not only do they always make me feel my best, but they also do a great job of recommending proper skincare techniques and products. He wouldn’t go anywhere else absolutely love the Pleasanton team!

Brit is an expert in brows! Jen at the front desk is so accommodating & friendly. My experience is always amazing here & professional.

The girl at the front was pleasant and very friendly. We chatted a bit prior to my appointment. The tech that I had appointment with was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely try to schedule at this location the next time I’m in the area

I absolutely love this European Wax center location. I have had great experiences with multiple waxers, my favorite is Taylor. She is great, super nice and friendly and awesome at her job!

These girls are so great! Jen checking in and out at the front desk is always so friendly and efficient, plus she always makes you feel welcome and like a friend. Taylor has waxed me several times and she’s great, thorough and so fun to talk to! Definitely recommend going here!

I have been going there for a few months now. Every visit has been exceptional! From the time I walk in the door to second I leave, the service is top notch! I'm always warmly greeted by the front desk when I walk in and they are very punctual with their appointment times. Which means very minimal waiting. The lobby is always super clean and fully stocked with their products. Amber is my waxer and she does a great job! She is very perfessional and does a great job of making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. The services are as painless as they possibly can be. I would definitely reccomend this location to anyone!

I had a really great experience here. The front receptionist, Jennifer, was very informative and helpful. The wax specialist, Amber, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job on my service. I would definitely come back!
