I absolutely love this place, this place does a great job and they are incredibly nice and I feel wonderful when I leave.

These ladies are great! Very professional, clean, COVID-19 conscious, contactless mobile check-in, my temperature was taken and hand sanitizer was provided upon entry and exit. I would definitely recommend getting services at this location.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly. Everyone seems to be well trained but I love Taryn's technique - close to painless!

Cobie was absolutely great! I was so nervous, but she kept me calm. I also appreciated the fact that she did such a thorough job and suggested products that would work well for me. Next time you visit this location, schedule your appointment with Cobie!

I had an amazing experience! It was my first time getting a full bikini waw, Christina was very sweet and professional. I booked my next appointment before I left that day.

The front staff are good at being professional but lack warmth. The estheticians are very nice and friendly. I believe the blue hard wax that they work with is a sub par product. Price point is a little bit too high for the use of such a sub par product. I always left with strays and not very smooth skin. I don't believe that this is the estheticians fault. I believe in order to get silky smooth skin, strip wax is the way to go. I also believe that the estheticians are on too tight of a schedule and are rushed. I don't feel that the waxing tables are very comfortable. I believe the waxing rooms are very stark and clinical. They should offer a pillow for your head. I am a retired esthetician and recognize that I have high standards. I believe the European Wax Bar is a unique concept. I understand that it is a franchise. I feel that they could upgrade and improve their business overall.

I've been going here since maybe the end of January but that's beside the point this place here is heaven the people greet you right when you open the door everyone has genuine smiles and just so bubbly. If that's the environment you like then this is the place for you

I have had several people wax my legs and such over the years and have always had good experiences. The wax is very gentle and less painful than any other wax I've ever had used.

Nice place. Ive been a client for a couple of years. You do not have to stay with one tech if not happy. They have different packages to purchase. I have the unlimited i go when i want per appt.slightly expensive but happy with results

This place always mess up with your appointment time. They make it clear that if the customer is late they will be very fast to cancel your appointment. But when they mess up it not a big deal in their eyes. All they will say is I can schedule you for another time. Horrible service in this place. I have the credit that I already purchased so I have to finish. Once done not using them anymore and I don't recommend this place. If there was an option to give zero star I would do that because the customer service is pretty bad in this place.

The worst experience. This place is a waste of money and time. My eyes got burned by a clinician, I took photos in to show the manager. The front staff was rude texting on her phone when I walked in to ask to speak with a manager, then the manager tried to bully me when I asked for a refund. I would high recommend you save yourself the pain and grief I went through and find a better place than this one!
