European Wax Center, Roseville CA

I been coming here from last one year. I love Wendy. She is kind, calm and attentive. I look forward every time.

Staff are extremely friendly upon entering but the technician that worked with me was not talkative or communicative with me. This is actually my second time experiencing this. Not.sure if its because my appointment was towards the end of the day and they are just tired but would hope to leave another review after my next appointment.

Was my 1st time getting a brazilian and I won't lie, I was terrified, but Tori was awesome! Super clean, professional!

Tori is fantastic for Brazilian waxes! I’ve always loved this company because the technicians are fast, sweet, and professional. I will never go anywhere else for waxing. Highly recommend.

Roseville Parkway location has terrible service. I made an appointment, drove 30 mins and arrived early per their terms. Was told someone w the same name (and apparently my phone number?) called and changed my apt to tomorrow. Then proceeded to tell me “sorry. We’re booked for the day. ” I tried to get refunded for my wax pass and was told no. I understand mistakes happen but at the very least correct it to make it right. No effort from the receptionist.

Had a great time with my waxer Darrian. She is just the best. I had not been to this location before and hadn't waxed in a while. Darrian was fabulous. She was thorough and talkative but not to the point where you are annoyed just to keep the awkwardness of a stranger in your special place to a min. Her technic was spot on for me. I like when they hold the skin down after they pull an area. I was her last appointment of the day but she made me feel as if I was her first. I appreciate her tine and care.

First time with Darrian, and I'll definitely be back! She was very thorough and funny. She made me so comfortable.
Also, I was not planning to get a Wax Pass, but Emma was very informative and changed my mind.

My experience here was amazing! Staff is super friendly and professional in explaining things. Definitely a place im always going to come back!

I love the waxing here but I didnt like the face spa. I didn’t feel like I am getting spa done, those beds are very hard and felt very cold. They should make different comfy room for face spa.

I love how quick you can get an appointment and how it's fast in and out. But he waxers are very inconsistent. My experience has been hit or miss.
