So I have been going to the other La Costa EWC for a few years now. However, they had a covid outbreak and several gals were not working and appts were cancelled and booked out in the future. So I decided to try the Bressi location today for the first time. Wow my experience was great! I had Taylor as my waxer and she was gentle and SUPER QUICK. We timed my wax and it was only 6 minutes and I was out the door. No pain and thorough job was done. I'm extremely busy and always short on time so this was a game changer for me. Receptionist working today was very friendly as she juggled multiple phones ringing and clients through the door. I was also happy to know that my information including my points transferred over to the Bressi location. I will for sure be back to this location in the future. Thank you for a great experience today!

Obsessed? ! YES! I love coming into this center to get my Brazilian:) everyone is so nice up front, and I get a different “waxer” most of the time because I really don’t mind who does it-they are ALL amazing. I am always so smooth after, so nice and clean, and it’s over in a snap! My go-to place up here in north county! Also, this place is super clean and makes you feel like they really care about cleanliness

So I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but I had the best wax experience! Taylor made me feel so comfortable and she did an AMAZING JOB. I have gone back 3 times since and will not go to anyone else!

I was very surprised when i found out the girl who was helping me was the manager. The manager Lexy was extremely rude. I came in for my 4: 30 appointment only to be waiting until 5 to get waxed. For some reason my form was not on file so I waited for her to talk to the wax specialist about another appointment and she loudly talks to the other girl behind the counter saying “and i thought I would be leaving early” and laughed at us. I will not be coming back to this location and I am very disgusted by the poor attitudes and service.

The staff is very patient and knowledgeable what they are doing. The installation is confortable.

I love Cecilia, She is very profesional, on time, I love her work and the most important she is very detailed and makes you feel welcome and comfortable every time!

It was my first time getting a wax done and Eden made sure I was very comfortable and I greatly appreciate that because I was nervous. Everyone was very nice and I’d highly recommend this store for any first timers

Called today to schedule an appointment, the receptionist put me on hold forever, when I called again she said it's going to be "just 2 seconds" and put me on another long hold, never even offered to call back, very poorly trained staff.

I wax my eyebrows, on a regular basis, at European Wax Center. The aesthetician's are knowledgeable and professional. They explain what they are going to do before they begin waxing. They answer your questions, too. Their service is great! I recommend them!

The waxer was good! The girls at the front are super nice until you don't buy a package. Then they push you out the door and act smug and pushy.

I am new to the area and went to the European Wax Center at Bressi Ranch for the 1st time. I was impressed by how clean and organized the place was. But I was even more impressed by the skills and professionalism of Kendall, who happened to be the aesthetician attending to me. I would never go anywhere else again for any waxing need. I am hooked!

Baby girl Ashlynn, who was running the front desk like a boss was fabulous! We had two clients come in while I was waiting. One lost her cool the other was there for the social aspect of getting out of the house. Ashlynn treated them both with a professionalism decorum and class. I was impressed. I was a complete newbie and she guided me through the process and interpreted my needs️
Kendall was my personal skin specialist and oh my goodness! Oh, my goodness! I just had to say it twice. I am a convert. This woman is a superstar and has convinced me I never want to use other products again! I don’t really go for exclamation points in every day communications but in this case! Theses two ladies and this company changed my life! Hooked yes I am using emojis I am so happy! Was given two discounts as well
