I have been coming here for close to 3 years now and have had a wonderful experience each time. Adrianna is the best aesthetician I’ve worked with anywhere and I can’t say enough good things about how clean, timely, welcoming, and helpful the staff are.

I have 11 wax passes bought in advance to this salon, so I’m a loyal customer. Service greatly depends on the person you get. If you go regularly, find a person you like & you can ask to make the next appointment with them specifically. Buying some products from there can be worth it to help after the wax. Beware: if you're more than a few minutes (5?) late, they will refuse service just based on principle, even if they don't have other appointments & can fit you in (a bit icky in my personal opinion).

I started coming here about 2 plus years ago when I moved to the Santa Barbara area. I’ve always had a wonderful experience from the front desk area when Michael and Sophie were working they were always very welcoming and always greeted me by saying hi and they also remembered my name. Nelli is my wax specialist, she’s beyond amazing and I just love her! Recently though I’ve noticed a very different atmosphere at the front desk area and it’s mainly with one receptionist and I believe her name is Monet. Anytime I go in there and I have to ask a question and even when I’m checking out she always makes you feel like I am inconveniencing her. I’ve also heard her while I’m inside waiting for my services just be rude and nasty to other customers as well. She’s in a front desk position and therefore the face of the company which is the first impression for many coming into your business and if you continue to have receptionist like her then I and I’m sure other customers will take their services elsewhere. I’m sure I am not the only customer who has complained about her attitude and tone towards customers & I don’t understand as to why a manager would continue having someone like that up front dealing with customers, because I know if I spoke the way she did with customers I would be reprimanded if not terminated from my position. Lastly, the only reason I am giving 5 stars is solely because of my wax specialist Nelli.

I hate prolonged waxes with hair still remaining. This never happens here if you book with Nayeli, my favorite specialist! She always does a great job with my waxes and does it so fast I don’t even think about it. AND the results are so smooth. She also gives me recommendations on how to keep it that way. Thank you Nayeli!

I had my wax services with Ashley, and she was amazing! She is so professional, knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable having her take care of my services. Barely any pain because her technique is on point, which makes a huge difference when getting waxed. I’m LOVING this smooth skin and I will definitely be going back!

European Wax Center in Santa Barbara provides the most comfortable waxing experience I’ve had in the past 30 years. The wax is unlike any other I’ve tried, lending itself to a virtually painless hair removal process. The salon is clean, professional and runs on time.

Nelly is the waxing technician I feel confident to recommend most highly. She performs her work with efficacy, professionalism and gentleness while getting the job done handily, gracefully and quickly without rushing. She is kind and gracious, warm and supportive using genuine care to check in with me throughout the service, making sure that my experience is comfortable from the temperature of the wax to the comfort of the room. Nelly is excellent at her work, providing perfect results.

Adrianna was great! I read reviews before going but after getting waxed by her I can confirm all the good reviews about her are completely authentic! She was so friendly and the entire process was painless! She didn’t miss a hair!
