Cassandra has been doing my brows flawlessly and evenly unlike other places I have gone in the past! I added the lip wax and it is really painless. She makes sure not to skimp on getting all the hair and she really takes her time! She is a friendly person and all in all it is a great experience that I will keep returning!

Excellent and very professional service. Always prompt and thorough. Hygiene and overall cleanliness is always top notch.

Don’t go here. Staff is rude. They also won’t service you again after they double charged you and will blame it all on you. Better off going somewhere else

Samantha is the best! Getting waxed with her is quick and easy! She is very personable and sometimes makes me forget why I’m even there for through our conversations and just how comfortable she makes me feel!

My service was fast and Numu made me feel very comfortable during our session. Definitely will be coming back to this location

Jackie is an excellent waxer! You don’t feel rushed or leaving in pain. She makes the experience feel very natural!

I love my esthetician Abigail! After not visiting for a while, I just knew my Brazilian would hurt a lot but she made me very calm and able to hold a conversation through the whole wax. Always sweet and treats me so nicely. I only let Abigail do my eyebrows as well. Id rather walk around looking crazy then let anyone else touch them because she just knows what I like everytime!

Jillian is my favorite esthetician! She's accommodating of my disabilities and is so incredibly kind. I always look forward to seeing her.

DO NOT DO NOT GO THERE! I would give ZERO star if I can! I visited this store on 11/14/23 at 12: 30pm for a Lip, eye brow and Brazilian wax appt. The aesthetician decided to do eye brow first and within a few min, she dropped a large HOT wax onto my right eye. Luckily I closed my eye but the hot wax dropped to my right eyelid and got stuck at the basis of my eye lashes. I was in great pain and shock right away. She soon called the manager Katie in and it took both of them 20-30 min to finally got rid of the wax out. I had to go to bathroom to run hot water on my eyelashes in the middle. Of course I lost a few eyelashes along the way but glad I was able to keep majority of it. Throughout the process, I was being polite and understanding. I knew the aesthetician was not intentional and the MANAGER had assured me multiple times that they are really sorry and today's services would be free. Multiple times! But given it took them almost an hour to go through the cleaning process, I didn't have time (have to go back to work) to do all services - just did lip and eyebrow. I asked the manager if I can come back at a later time for Brazilian. She assured me it was ok and then went to "meeting" supposedly. HOWEVER, when I finished and went to the front desk for rescheduling, now they are telling me they will charge me full for Brazilian, even if I decided to go with the same aesthetician. THIS IS ABSOLUTE UNACCEPTABLE. I tried to call the store multiple times and asked for the manager. She is ALWAYS in "meetings". Money is not a big deal at all but this manager's attitude is absolutely DISGUSTING and SHADY! Because of this, I will never go to European Wax Center Foster City anymore and I will make sure to let EVERYONE I know about my bad experience here. My eyelid still hurts a little - it's been a day. I really regret not taking a photo at the moment to capture this accident. For people out there, always make sure you take photos when accidents happen and you should be on ALERT when manager said she is in MEETING (because it is just an excuse of avoiding you). Side note: she just called and said she was in "meeting" about the accident happened to me but she just simply "too busy" to call me back (AFTER A DAY). THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
