European Wax Center, Fontana CA

I have been coming to this establishment for a few months now. My Technician is Kyh and she makes EVERY visit worth while. She's knowledgeable about the products they offer & she has a welcoming Friendly spirit. I ended up purchasing the Brazillian Wax Membership because I appreciate how detailed she is about getting the job done & she makes you comfortable with no pain. Kyh is definitely a great asset to the company & gives great customer service. The staff at the front desk is ALWAYS friendly, Polite, Helpful, & Welcoming.

Brandie is always amazing. She takes her time and makes sure to get everything off. The experience with her is always as pleasant as can be. She’s a busy lady, so make sure to book her in advance.

Grace is excellent! I have zero complaints about her technique or professionalism. She’s always positive, affirming and is intentional about making an uncomfortable service manageable. Sometimes I can be dramatic and she’s a good sport about it lol.

Brandie is always great. She’s is so quick and makes sure I always leave feeling my best. The front desk associate Alysha I believe was also very helpful. She helped me purchase my wax pass and got me scheduled for my next service.

Steph is literally amazing at what she does, she’s so funny and kind! She really made sure she got a lot of hairs and took care with making sure I was satisfied! Love her
