Mark was very easy to deal with. Organized, professional, and communicative. The quartz looks great and the install was very quick. I recommend this company for your stone countertops.

Disappointed, is all I can say. Disappointed, angry, and feeling cheated. My experience with EuroStone Design was through Ikea, and from start to finish everything has tested my patience. The quartz itself is very pretty, and that’s about all the positive I can say.

Communication: With every single technician who came by (there were 3), they seemed surprised that my existing countertops were still there despite the fact that I had paid them to do demolition. Were they not informed of the project? Appointments were set in advance, and they arrived 2 hrs before the set time with only a 10 minute text warning, meaning I needed to take emergency time off work to rush home. It was extremely unprofessional and disruptive. I was also told on the day of installation that my kitchen bar top would need additional supports. If they had informed me ahead of time, I could have either adjusted my kitchen design as I didn't really need the bar top or have had time to look for appropriate supports. As it stands…well they’re standing, but barely with temporary crutches.

Measuring: From the beginning, with Ikea’s design consultant my small kitchen was estimated to need 28 sqft of quartz. I understand that original estimates may not reflect the final price, but how 28 sqft goes up to 47 sqft? This equated to over $1240 more than I had budgeted for. I asked for their sketches and did the calculations (it’s not that difficult to multiply and add) and could not come up with the number they were quoting me, even after adding a 1.5” overhang and rounding up each number to the nearest inch. I merely wanted to know how they came up with the number, what kind of calculation they used, and they refused to tell me. Did they just pull it out of thin air? Why not just show me the CAD calculations or even a napkin equation? Why am I not allowed to know how they are pricing me on a project that is calculated on a per sqft basis?

After voicing my concerns, they assured me it was just a rough estimate for the initial billing and they would issue a refund once a more precise measurement has been made. Lies. It has been weeks since the finish of the project. Guess they took the check and ran. How do I know it wasn’t just a freak accident where their initial estimate came out perfectly as the final measurement? I removed an entire section of quartz to be installed and still the bill was miraculously the same.

Installation: The most egregious mistake they made was installing a backsplash where I specifically said I did not want any. I only wanted a backsplash on one wall, and I had mentioned this multiple times to multiple people. So why did they suddenly decide I needed a backsplash where I said I did not want one? I have a witness who was also there when I emphasized which single wall to have the backsplash on. Is it not a racket to force someone to pay for services not wanted? The cherry on the cake is when they managed to shatter two of my beloved planters and glass bulbs, didn’t vacuum thoroughly so glass shards were still on the floor, and also ripped up some of my flooring.

I gave two stars because the job was "completed", but all these mistakes and lack of customer care has left me deeply unsatisfied. I am willing to revise my review, but otherwise the radio silence is telling.

We found Eurostone through a purchase with WDC. Was a great experience working with Mark. It is easy to schedule appointments, he worked flexibly with our project timelines and his crews were always professional and did a fabulous job of the countertops.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do countertops. Good quality material and work

Very well and organized. The employees are very professional and literally didn’t have to make any cuts. They just dropped the granite right on the counter tops and glued them. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience getting my quartz countertops through WDC and Eurostone. I got the style I had been searching for at a reasonable price. Mark was helpful and was there with me though all the stages of my project. It's hard to find the level of customer service these days that I found here at Eurostone. I would recommend this company for anyone doing stone projects!
