Romero and Greg H were extremely professional, nice, and very polite. They were quick and got the job done nicely. Thank you for the excellent service! These two work great together and they deserve some recognition and if anything their supervisor should treat them to lunch. It’s not everyday that you receive excellent customer service anymore, not everyone has that skill, and these two gentleman do! Thank you!

I was looking for something speçial for a hugé living room space.for weeks I sat oñ couch after couch and went from store to store. Then I found Amber at Evans. She was so helpful, not pushy or leading me around in circles. I found the perfect furniture in their huge showroom, Stanton Furniture, from Oregon. She explained about the builder, how informational, and told me that I could choose from a large book of textiles and designs to customize my style. She was very nice. I got my sofa yesterday.and I love it ànd would go there again. Thank you, Evans.and the two young men 4 who brought it and set it up were sooooó cool. I felt so comfortable to have them in my home. They helped me so much when they were here. And I promised to say special "thanks" to the young men who brought and set up this furniture for me, and I forgot their names. But there were 4 of them, altogether.please just give ALL OF YOUR BOYS THEIR HUGE BONUSES! THEY WERE SO AWESOME AND THEY HELPED ME SO MUCH WHEN THEY WERE HERE. LOOK, EVANS, EVERY NOW, AND THEN WE HAVE GREAT EMPLOYEES THAT ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMERS. AND YOU HAVE ALL GREAT EMPLOYEE'S, BUT ESPECIALLY YOUR DELIVERY CREW! Love our new furniture. The colors are perfect. Matt R.and Nathan P.delivered the furniture and were very courteous. They didn't mind moving a couple pieces more than once to make sure I was satisfied.

I am very happy with my experience at Evans. Monica was awesome! She checked on me shortly after walking in, got an idea of what I was looking for, and gave me a game-plan for looking around the store. When I had the right couch picked out, she helped me set up credit (super fast process) and scheduled the delivery.
The delivery was a breeze. Text message the day before confirming the date and timeframe, then another text letting me know that I was the next stop. Nathan and Mike took care to set down padding inside the doorway to make sure they didn't scuff the couch on the ground. Once the couch was set up, they got everything plugged in, tested the recliners, and cleaned up the packaging.
All in all a great experience, unlike other furniture stores in town. I'll be happy to shop here in the future!

From the beginning when I bought my 2 bar stools (couple of months ago) until the delivery today 8/26/23 of my set of coffee tables and my console TV the sales person NORA (Chico, CA. Store) has been very nice and very helpful with good customer service skills and Ken and Josh the delivery guys where very careful bringing the furniture inside the house and also very nice guys friendly and respectful. I will recommend them anytime. Evans Furniture keep up the good work and the good employees.

The delivery service was great but there was a problem with the product. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
