Best people I ever met, kind, professional, and very helpful I was going to call them anyway to let them know but this will work

My husband and I love this place. Staff members are always welcoming and eager to help. This is the only place I trust with our cars.

Evans is more than tires! These guys really are the best. Great customer service, timely repairs, reasonably priced and they do excellent work! How could you ask for more? The entire staff is friendly and courteous. All around, one really great service center for just about anything you need done!

This place is amazing, they explain to you step by step what has been done to your car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The price online is over $200 less and usually tires come with warranty but they want to charge $45 per tire for protection.

Was given bad advice several months ago by a technician. We followed their advice only to realize it was an error. The technician no longer works there and we were told this type of advice was likely the reason why he was no longer there. Now we suffer with no responsibility taken from Evan’s Tires. Don’t think we will ever buy tires there again.

Update- the manager reached out to me and corrected their mistake. It was very nice that they went out of their way to make it right.

Some miscommunication happened multiple times. Everyone but one seemed like they where just trying to quickly deal with me instead of helping me out. Shoutout to Dave as he was the exact opposite of what I said about the others. He went out of his way to call me and look for the cheapest option and he constantly kept me updated on how things where going. He went above and beyond and he deserves tons of credit for it.

Very friendly customer service. I had ordered and scheduled my tires from Goodyear website which caused some extra work for them on their end of the system but they were still very kind in working through it Thank you

Went in for front end alignment, during that procedure the technician noticed my front tire plies were coming apart and I would need new tires. I
Purchased those front tires in March of this year and they had less than 5000 miles on them. After several hours of waiting for a response from the manufacturer or Evans area manager, it was decided the tires would be warranted.
That model tire was not in stock so I would
have to come back the next day after the tires were delivered to the store.
The tires were installed and then I was told it would be a $130 some dollars charge for mounting and balancing, for me to pay because warranty did not cover that.
Since I had paid originally for mounting and balancing, and the original tires went bad, I felt the manufacturer, or Evans should absorb the mounting and balancing cost!

5 star service every time I go in there. They always treat me like family and educate me on what I’m getting. Price and Service is second to none.

An oil & filter service and tire rotation was completed in a professional & timely manner. The results of the vehicle inspection was provided. I will definitely return for future automotive maintenance.

First let me say, Joseph was so so nice. But after that it went downhill. Saturday we scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning. I brought the car in bright and early and once there was told tires will get here at 10am. That’s 2 hour wait. I had to walk two miles home. At 12: noon I called for an update and was informed tires had just arrived 5 minutes ago.thankfully Joseph came and picked me up. Around 1: 30. I’ve lost 2 hours of pay as I work at 1: pm and paid full price without anything more than an apology. The owner Ryan seemed to care less. There is a huge lack of communication and consideration for my family. Again Joseph thank you for apologizing and picking me up.

Ryan more should have been done for us due to the huge inconvenience and lack of communication.

They were very friendly and listened to what my needs were then went to work on my car and when they were finished they very were very professional
About letting me know what other items needed to be done. I am very pleased with there service

Cheapest price in town for some great tires. I think they might be understaffed though because it took them two hours to install the tires. I understand if there where other cars ahead of me but I was the only one there until it got real busy an hour later and my car just sat there on the rack with the new tires on for 45 minutes until I asked why it's just sitting there. I guess the installer didn't know I was waiting because they immediately dropped it and pulled it out. Otherwise the tires are great!
