Karissa, the Assistant Community Director, is so wonderful! Actually, all of the office staff are wonderful. They will always listen to you and ensure that you’re taken care of— you’re not just blown off and forgotten about. A huge plus in my book.

This is my second time living here. We previously lived here in 2017-2019 and it was great which is why I felt comfortable coming back. This time around it's different. Our upstairs neighbors are noisy. Constantly banging, stomping and thumping. We've asked them to keep it down but they don't. The office keeps promising to do something but in the two months I've been back it's an every day occurrence. At one point there was a bunch of broken glass in my car port and even though maintenance would drive by every day on their carts I had to stop and ask them to clean it up. We asked them to have pest control come by and do something about the spiders and even tho I got a confirmation email that we were on the list, pest control never came. They said they'd have them come back but that never happened. We keep asking them to call before they pop by for maintenance and they never do (we have animals). Kids were constantly playing in front of our door and windows. They'd scream. I'd ask them every day to keep it down because my partner worked at 1 am so needed to sleep. They never did. They always left their toys where I'd trip over them (I'm 38 weeks pregnant). The apartment never did anything despite our complaints. Even when I told them they were throwing rocks and other toys by our cars. Leaving their scooters in the parking lot or how they were peeping through our windows. Nothing gets resolved here and I don't suggest living here

Hello. I've been living in this apartment for 8 months now. And for the last 2 months Me and my neighbors can't sleep at night. The problem is that there is a supermarket and parking in front of the apartments. This parking lot and area is cleaned every night by two people. They make a lot of noise! It's just impossible to sleep! Me and all my neighbors are horrified! Impossible to rest at night! I spoke to the people from the apartment office, they can't do anything and probably don't want to! I called the police at night to stop this nightly cleaning. The police said to go to the Rosemont Plaza office. I called the office and they told me to change the cleaning time. I turned to the owner of the company that does this cleaning, he does not want to change anything! I called and wrote to Code Enforcement, they promised to help. The situation is terrible, people in apartments and neighboring houses cannot sleep, cannot rest after work. I do not recommend living in these apartments until this situation is resolved. Cleaning with a noisy machine and appliances should be a day! I think these two workers just don't want to work during the day when it's hot and there are a lot of people. They just bully people. This place is good, but life here is impossible. Rosemont Plaza management are very bad people. They interfere with people's lives. They hired these cleaners to work at night.

This review is in regards to the maintenance staff. Dave, Hung and Surmn, these guys are the most professional staff I have ever encountered.very professional, quick timing and friendly.more apartment complexes need maintenance staff like this. SOLID 10/10

My experience with the management employees at the Evergreen Park Apartments was great! Gloria, Karissa, and Kaelee were each very helpful. The call backs were carried out in a timely manner and the service was great. Gloria made the tour a very pleasurable experience. She is a very easy going person and is very informative when asked about the listings.

I love these Apartments especially the staff that works here. Yada has helped us so much threw the process. If we had any questions she helped us answer everything we needed. I give 5 stars and more if I can with the staff here at Evergreen Apartments.

I want to give a SPECIAL shout to the maintenance team member by the name of: “Hung Do. ” He is very courteous, conscientious, and determined to figure out the problem. The repairs are always done right way. He’s the BEST!

I am a Happy camper! I just Love Karissa she is such an amazing person, she really gets the job done I love her Personality. She made me feel like I was Home as soon has I walked in the office! So yes they’ve adopted me as a new member to their family…. Yayyy! I’m so excited too move in

I came into evergreen and was greeted by the Beautiful Ms. Jaycee. All of the staff was wonderful and made my experience amazing.
I would defintely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to go to Evergreen Apartment.

I visit so many palces but evergreen park was one of my favourite place.specially thankful to YADA 's help in progress so wonderful person.

The current management team here is great. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon! They are always very helpful and nice!

I had amazing experience on 3/27/2023 Evergreen apartments is a beautiful well kept property. Yada gave me exceptional customer service. She welcomed me with a smile and said she would be happy to help. My appointment was at 5: 15 I arrived a little late due to traffic. She had a listening hear and addresses all my concerns. She offered to help walk me through the application process and stayed until 7: 45. She assured me she was here for me and I didn’t have to worry to take my time. She provided the timeline for paperwork needed and made sure i was comfortable by offering me water or coffee. I would definitely recommend Evergreen apartments. Towards the end of my visits she informed me she was the property manager I was really pleased with the level I received from Yada thank you so much!

Karissa Haylor was completely professional and excellent at providing the best service for residents looking to rent at Evergreen Park Apartments! I recommend her & the entire staff to anyone who’s interested in living in this community!
