I was visiting from out of town and had debilitating back spasms. All of the staff was efficient and compassionate, but Laura, NP is the best! Funny and caring, I felt like she took my concerns seriously and wanted me taken care of. Thank you Laura!

Watch what you ask for. I called 6 places about getting my son a sports physical and they quoted me $50 here, they asked for his date of birth what it was for and we made the appt. Once he was there they were like oh sorry your 18 so we have to charge you more to do the same physical. They are not doing anything extra.nothing.same form to complete.but because he is 18 they charged him $105. Ridiculous!

FYI the clinic, for non-covid19 testing purposes, is open around 8: 45am when the physician comes in. Otherwise this place seems okay.

This place is abhorrent. No doctor in sight just incompetent nurses. I asked to speak with a doctor or admin of some sort and the young blonde nurse told me, rather rudely, that the highest person up around here is also a Nurse, the same nurse that informed me this is a private practice and he can refuse service for any reason. These nurses don't do their job, after my positive home test I went this morning and I waited over an hour and a half in the car line by myself just to realize there were more than one line sections. After trying to explain how long I've been waiting I was told to go to the back of a 20 car line that I was in front of. Instead of correctly directing traffic, The man yelled at me that this is a private practice and I am now being refused service since I tried to rationally talk to him. The power hungry head nurse then said they will not test me today and then called the police (assuming I was afraid of them). After my pleasant conversation with the police about how terrible of a hospital this has always been, I went on my way probably covid positive yet untested. I'll just have to find a hospital/testing facility still actually committed to doing their job.

Went here with my Wife for a COVID rapid test. The whole process was in the car, line went back out of the parking lot, toward Shields and towards Fruit.

We got there about 10: 30am on a Monday, the whole process took 4 hours so be prepared to wait a bit.

Depending on who you see and what it's for, results will vary. I've gotten great care and horrible care here.

The billing is ridiculous and the guy I spoke to had no idea what he was talking about regarding billing. Always beware of the sneaky charges.

Always call and ask what insurances they are contracted with before you show up.

Such an easy way to get tested for Covid! Pull up they bring you the forms to fill out, you park in a designated spot, they swab you and then 15-20 mins later you have your results. I don’t want to forget the staff … they are super kind and efficient.

Waited 3 hours to get test and results. No PPE changing between testing of patients! Ewe and not a way to keep clear of cross contamination!

I went there for a rapid Covid test. I liked that it was a drive through. You can relax in your car while you wait. They do take some insurance, Blue Shield for example. I had to wait in line for a while to get into the parking lot, but I prefer waiting in my car rather than a waiting room. All in all, it worked really well.

I took my son there to receive a covid test. We were in and out of there with results in hand in 20 mins! Didnt even get out of the car. The staff was very nice and professional, they even came out while we were waiting for the results and gave us 4 hand sanitizers, also the other cars waiting! Highly recommend this place for convenience!

Everyday Health is the best! Dr. Wilson and staff are professional, caring and compassionate. We have chosen Dr. Wilson as our permanent family physician, and N. P. John Kampschmidt as our alternate go to. You can't go wrong with Everyday Health Care.

Office bills incorrectly, discusses billing on phone in front office. I guess in a bind they will be ok as an urgent care in the future but as a primary care provider I recommend staying away. And never ever call the "billing" department which isn't the office it's a third party provider which will not call you back and never take care of the problem.

I would not take my dog here they treat people with disgust. They over Speak you. They ignore refills for lifesaving medicines like insulin. They tell you on the phone that they will call it in right away only hours later to find that no when the Dr is good and ready he'll do it. Left on hold for more than 15 minutes.
Maybe if this was the Dr only business patients might be treated with a little bedside manor.

I’ve been visiting Everyday Health care for a few years now. I have always found the staff to be friendly and Dr. Wilson is very patient and listens to you concern. What I find extremely frustrating is the wait time even with an appointment. Every time I go in I have at least a 30 minute wait in the lobby and even longer wait for Dr Wilson to come into the exam room. I would understand if they were very busy however that has not been the case. I don’t plan on going anywhere else because I do like staff and the Dr.but I dread going in because I know how long of a wait it’s going to be.

Took almost 7 hours to get a 20 second nose swab for Co vid-19. They took their time with everything.

Covid? I’d avoid testing here unless you like to wait. A 1.5 hour+ wait just to get in the parking lot because that’s how long the parking lot takes to test.it takes a minimum of 3 hours to get through the testing process! Even if you’re here early people are here at 7 and they open at 9; so you still are waiting! Horrible setup, they should have a app online to fill out everything or way to scan your information and rapid test you. Staff outside was friendly and gave an estimated time, the desk staff seemed irritated when asked for an estimate time. Other places took less than 5mins.

I ended up here one day when my regular Urgent Care taped a sign on the door saying the Dr.was out for several hours. I'm glad I tried it because the service is quicker, a lot more attentive, and a great deal friendlier. Everyone in the office is so nice! I only go here now for Urgent Care and I'm considering switching my primary care here as well.

My partner has been running a fever and can barely speak. We went in to the walk in clinic during their published hours. We have the appropriate insurance and had been before. The receptionist asked if we had an appointment. I asked, "This is a walk in clinic, correct? " The receptionist responded, "Our doctor is in, so we are doing appointments only. " This was not listed on their info and there was no indication it was any other type of business day. Also.do patients who walk in normally not receive care from a doctor?
