Service fee is too much half the time it doesn't even work. It will charge your car for like 5 minutes and then there will be an error and they want you to redo it charging you another service fee unbelievable. Their advertised speeds are about half of what they actually do.

50kw max and the cable had a damaged retractor which made me have to back into the spot directly in front of the charger to reach the port on the polestar I was driving.

Payment processing froze when I tried to charge. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful in doing a hard reset on the station and stayed on the line to make sure everything was in working order.
