All I wanted is information on landlord rights to evict tenant and the person who answered response and tone explaining was very rude and disrespectful. I know we are all new to the laws as far as covid but to speak in a manner that does not provide good service is uncalled for.

Sorry excuse for a company. They were supposed to post notice on the tenants door and never did. I used my debit card to pay and they make you punch in your pin so you can’t get your money back in case they flub on their service. I spoke with the woman who remembered she had agreed to contact me to let them in to serve. And in fact didn’t. I ended up doing the paperwork myself. Run in the other direction from this place.

Owners and landlords be aware of the horrible service and business practices with The Eviction Company. I provided documentation to The Eviction Company to have a tenant serviced with a notice to vacate a week later and I am still waiting for proof of service. The only response from The Eviction Company was that I could have another Eviction Company have the Notice to Vacate served. I was told on multiple phone calls from a representative @ The Eviction Company that the Notice To Vacate had been served only to find out that it hadn't been.
I'm happy to cut my losses before any court dates were scheduled I can't imagine going to court and The Eviction Company not being prepared.
