Vegan Restaurant Evolution reviews
17I tried the vegan chicken sandwich with two kinds of sauces in it. I felt some more sauce.could have made it better. Additionally I tried the loaded fries (cheddar bacon) and it was very good. And I definitely recommend their smoothies. It was yummy! This is a place you want to go if you’re trying to eat healthy and want to make a quick drive through stop.
This place is good, I got the chicken sandwich, it was filling and full of flavor. The sauce was an insy bit too heavy for me, so I would probably nix that next time. I would have loved if they had a vegan chicken burrito on the menu! Maybe something to consider? The fries were delightful and had a yummy seasoning on them. The ketchup was definitely not Heinz, which is a good thing, and tasted like it might be home-made. I will be back!
My wife makes me take her here when she wants something special. It's actually a bit of a drive for me. I am very not a vegan, but I dig the house made ketchup. The oatmilk shake is good. The black bean burger is good. They are good, most of the time. I do have to say, sometimes we are utterly disappointed, especially the distance I drive for it. They just have off days. The ketchup isn't quite right. The burgers are a bit too wet etc. I definitely recommend. Even if you aren't a vegan.
No raw options (used to have 2+), rude service, aswell as wrong order. When you call youre immediately sent to voicmail. Quite disatisfied.
Absolutely the best vegan comfort food I’ve ever had, the Buffalo chik’n sandwich is amazing. Next time I’m in San Diego I’ll be here!
UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS & MENU. Google says 9am-5pm, website says 11am-8pm. Which is it? Only lazy and amateur business owners can’t take the time to have accurate info. It’s literally the bare minimum of running a restaurant. Even your employees don’t have a clue what the hours are when asked. This place is a joke

I'm still looking forward to trying this place again since there are so many menu items that sound tasty, so it's likely that this rating will get bumped up once that happens.
We had the Cali burrito which was really enjoyable. The carne asada pieces were really tasty and portion size was adequate. Chicken Ranch sandwich was rather disappointing. There was only a small pat of ranch in the middle of the top bun. I was hoping/expecting that the sammy would be dripping and drowning in ranch. There was also only one small piece of lettuce and tomato.so as a result a pretty boring sandwich. Food arrived room temperature which was a bit odd/disconcerting, but I won't think too much about that. We got there before the dinner rush so service was quick and customer service was friendly. Again, I do plan on coming back and giving this place another try and hopefully will be completely wowed the next time.
Worst driest chicken sandwich.it hardly had any sauce on it.when i asked for sauce on the side they said no unless i paid fir extra chipotle sauce.
Amazing food. I got the chimichurri grilled chicken sandwich (vegan) and fries. Everything was tasty. Great seating area and service too.
I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I figured we would give this place a try. Decor was great and the food was great as well. Prices were very fair. I would absolutely recommend it.
It’s okay. Maybe the best in a 50 mile radius at this price point.
Had the California burrito and the guac was frozen cold so it felt strange against the lukewarm carne asada and mostly missing fries.
The animal fries completely miss the mark in the nostalgia game.
Great place to stop and sit, prices are acceptable considering the area. Great atmosphere, calm and cool. Food is good and healthy, spicy buffalo sauce though. Great staff.
Food was great but the Latina female at the register lied and said there was something on my burger when I I questioned it and come to realize it wasn’t when I got home. Also she gave me the wrong can of soda.as you can see I didn’t like their service this visit and will likely wait awhile before coming back again but hope they can do better and pick up their slack in the future
Sinful fast food! Loved the burgers and a chocolate shake to die for! The prices were way better than a similar spot up in San Luis Obispo.
Best Vegan fast food. I love that I can choose the type of patty I like, which for me is house-made tempeh. And their fries, when they are fresh, are unbeatable when compared to any other restaurant.
My mouth waters for this place. I can't even tell its not real meat. Anything with chimichurri or Buffalo is worth getting. Their chocolate shake is the best but the cookies n' cream could use a little tweaking. The line is usually pretty long but it's well worth the wait.
I had the carne asada burrito and pumpkin shake. Very flavorful. The burrito was large, very filling. I'm a new vegan. If you are too, don't compare vegan dishes to the original meat versions. I judge all vegan fare on its own merit. I also went vegan to no longer eat animal fat.
There is a sitting area to eat. Its to the right when you walk in. Very tranquil and clean sitting area.
They have a drive thru also thats very busy.
You can't go wrong here. Next, I'm going to get a burger or a wrap.
