I like their gym. BUT THEY NEEEEEED NEW TOOLS, HANDLES, ETC. The ropes are ripped APART! The stair climber is broken and keeps on rolling and Hella OLD. Just walk toward the back wall where the mirror is by womens bathroom and you can see the ropes to pull on is "Broken" and ripped apart. Other bars that have rubber on them are ripping also. This is not a lie. Thank you.

I love this gym Shout-out to the team who doesn't know me but I appreciate you guys keeping the place clean, towels available for my bald sweaty head, and sanitation wipes for my sweaty when im done using a machine. It's 24/7 and I love being able to gym on days where my friends are complaining that Golds closes early, etc. So I recommend all to use this gym! But also, I don't cuz selfishly I don't wanna wait for you to get done with "just two more sets" lol - But also, seriously, do go cuz your membership will make sure these guys are around forever.

I joined this gym in January 2023 and am extremely happy with the facility. Nice staff, clean place and an amazing variety of equipment to allow for a complete overall workout.

Perfect place to get after it and go. No frills, plenty of Hammer Strength equipment and some carduo stuff. I like it, some may not. 1st responders get a membership discount.

One of the Best Gyms in Sac, it has lots of machines and free weights unlike some gyms that are cardio focused. It’s nice that it’s actually open 24/7 and really affordable!

Best gym from Sacramento down to the Bay Area. Cleanliness, kind staff, superb equipment and super easy membership to obtain is what keeps me n my family at this gym for life!

They're polite and available 24/7. Only complaint is their complimentary rags need some bleach or vinegar. They smell AWFUL

Absolutely the worst. Patrick the owner and manager Gloria! We cancelled the membership however they kept pocketing the money for so many months until we caught them and reported! Check your bank statements and never trust front desk saying few signatures n ur good to go!

This gym has everything you need and want. From equipment, to great staff that actually care about their members, to being open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Couldn’t ask for more.

This gym is the perfect size without too many frills. It is clean, plenty of machines without crazy wait times, and a sauna. It is a clean facility with polite and efficient staff members. Good job!

Clean environment and helpful staff every time I arrive at the gym. The handiness of being able to have access to the gym at all times with the key fob is the main reason this gym works for me.

Nothing spectacular, has the basics, but they changed their policy so you have to be 16 or over to use the gym now so my 13 year old daughter can't go with me anymore. Will have to cancel membership now.

Awesome workout spot! I've been working out for over a year here. People are generally very respectful and polite. They could work on wiping equipment after usage. You get to know the front desk after working out here a lot and they are also very friendly!

One thing I LOVE about this place is that it is open 24/7 so I can go there at midnight when there are fewer people, and it's nice and quiet.

There are two full body massage chairs. Just take off your shoes and make sure you aren't sweaty before using them. There is also a sauna in each bathroom and you can control the temperature if you need. There is also a room full of mirrors where you can stretch, use the stationary bikes, and use lighter handheld weights. There is another section to use heavier dumbbells. There are several squat racks available. Two deadlift areas in the corner.

There are also cubbies to store your belongings. In the locker rooms, if you bring your own lock, you can store stuff in lockers too.

You can pay debit for a cheaper month to month cost or you can pay annually and get a free month.

There is a badge system and you enter after you tap in your badge. If you are entering for the first time, then use the door on the right side to open, it is unlocked.
