Excellent Cleaners of Mira Mesa, San Diego CA

I came here for my blazers to be cleaned from the good review in the internet. The clothes come out straight but really bad odor, like old laundry. They did offer me to re-cleaning it with no charges. But when I came to pick up the second time, the clothes smell even worse. I have to used it since the second pick up is the day I need to attend to the meeting. So I ended with up with those smelly blazer at the meeting. The prize is good and reasonable. But I guess I’m just unlucky:)

Took my jacket and blazer here to be dry-cleaned. The pricing was pretty good for the two items. However, when I picked the items up, they smelled bad.like bad body odor. The prices are good, but not sure if I'd go back here because of the smell my clothes had when I picked them up: ')

UPDATE: The store manager contacted me and let me bring in my pieces to be cleaned again at no cost. The second time around my two items were cleaned and did not have a smell. I appreciate them reaching out to me again. Thank you.

Services were professionally handled. They were prompt and extremely courteous. The drop off service very courteous and reliable.

My silk blouse came back stained. I pulled it off the hanger this morning in the dark, removed the tag and was headed out the door when I noticed black stains on the front. I tried to wipe it off with water but its really stained. The cleaners would be willing to clean it again for free if I had kept the tags on. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting each garment before removing the tags!

OMG! Where do I begin with this review. Never in my life have I experienced so much professionalism and great quality. I was in search for a dry cleaning service that wasn’t just mediocre. I found it. As I entered I was greeting by a lovely Janeth who took the time to explain to me the process and how long it would take for my product to be returned to me. Not only was Janeth sincere, her guest service and knowledge were mind blowing. I had some Nikes that had been badly soiled by red clay on a hike. I had contemplated just throwing them away. In a last ditch effort I wanted to see if anything could be done. Janeth assured me there could. I was skeptical. I not only brought my shoes but clothing as well. Fast forward I got my shoes and clothing and when I tell you that my shoes look like I just bought them and are completely dirt free, and clothes are crisp and clean. Janeth your guest service and knowledge are out of this world. For anyone lucky enough to encounter this lady will agree that with her amazing guest service and the quality. This is the best establishment in San Diego

I’ve been here three times now. They’re good with suits. My knits somehow had more pills when I picked them up than when I dropped them off. Good turn around time. Would consider taking the knits elsewhere.
