I'm a return customer because they take great care of you at Exceptional Auto Glass. They are also preferred vendors for my insurance carrier so even when GEICO tried to steer me toward a competitor, I just had to say I prefer Exceptional to the other. Any time I need windshield service, I'll be back.

I've been here twice in the last year due to rocks hitting my front window. Impressed with the excellent customer service over the phone, and in-person, and how quickly they were able to get me scheduled. Highly recommend!

I called at 2: 00pm for windshield replacement on my car. Got 4pm appointment same day. Car was ready within 1 hour of dropping. Sal is the best. He worked through my AAA insurance as well. Highly recommend this shop.

I was in a pinch to get a windshield replaced. Called a few other places that were out a week. These guys heard my situation and squeezed me in one Friday afternoon. They were even done an hour sooner. Prices were very competitive with several others I called. I'll use them again!

Fast, accurate, and affordable. They have repaired three large cracks/ pits in my windshield and one was so large I figured I was going to need a whole new windshield. 15 minutes later you could hardly see where the rock struck in the first place.

I called and spoke with Sal the owner who was very nice, professional and friendly. It was really fast and convenient. They gave me a quote over the phone and the price was great I would highly recommend them, He did an excellent job. Great and fast service. Very knowledgeable techs.quick, clean install.

We got a chip in our windshield on our way to do errands, so I figured I’d try to find a place around the area we were going and see if they could fit us in on a Friday afternoon. Sal got us in immediately and the windshield chip was repaired in less than 30 minutes! He also pointed out that we had 3 other small chips in the windshield and he took the liberty to repair them all and didn’t charge us for the additional chips. He was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and delivered efficient service. He recommended if we get another chip we should replace the entire front windshield - we will definitely be returning to Exceptional Auto Glass for that service when the need arises!

Update: I would add another star if I could. Got a chip in the window and took them up on their free chip repair with windows they install. In and out - without and appointment - in 20 minutes. The window is back to like new again without the chip. For the price I paid to have the window replaced, it is unexpected to also have free chip repair.

Previous review: Just amazing. They know what they are doing and have the tools to do the full job. No hidden charges. Other places I called gave me lower quotes but those quotes didn't include the lane departure calibration the car would need and suggested I take the car to the dealership for that piece.
