At the Cotati branch I had an appointment to open a new Certificate of Deposit account with proceeds from the sale of a house. Significant funds. Instead of being taken to a banker desk on the side of the lobby, a chair was dragged over and placed right in front of a teller window (in the lobby) where she asked me to sit while she stood and opened the account. After I expressed concerns for privacy she agreed to move to a banker desk.
The customer service and lack of appreciation shown for my business was poor.
