Are you a shady individual looking for like minded criminal types at $100 a day? Then this is the place you’re looking for. Conveniently located across from a huge shopping plaza with 20+ stores from Walmart, to a movie theater, food places etc.my room was decent and personally had no drama. However the probation officers doing a swee/raid a few doors down says the experience varies on an individual level.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Rooms are clean, equipped with essential toiletries, a desk and chair convenient for remote work. I liked the modern minimalist look and design. Location is perfect! Shopping center is across the street and 605 freeway access is a block away.

Beware: theres bugs, front desk is beyond rude & they WILL steal your deposit. Lady at the desk was yelling and cursing at the customer before me, they asked for fresh sheets and the receptionist lost her mind. When it was my turn she accused me of lying and not ever leaving a deposit. This is not the first occurrence but it is the last for me, I will not be returning. Thank you

These people don't even deserve the tip of a star! They are dirty low down poor excuse of running anything! They are rude, the rooms don't get clean. They think that they are guests. And keep your things w/ you, if not you won't have them when you get back! They are liars and cheats and pretty much male chauvinistic creeps. Who don't know how to treat ppl. They use dirty water to clean with. I can't say anything else but run! It's a dump!

I like it. Nice, convenient, comfortable. Close to freeway and Long Beach Towne Center. Return guest.

Terrible service. To begin with I was kind of iffy on coming here because I saw a review also saying that the front desk didn’t give them the deposit back but I still decided to give it a try. I called the front desk to ask for a price for a room.the man in the front desk said $140 with 10 deposit that I’ll to be receiving once’s I check out of the room. Once I checked out they refused to give back my deposit. They told me I didn’t leave a deposit which was a lie.
The stay was not great, bed was stiff, Tv was old, used toilet paper, used soap, shower head was broken, towels were rough, what a Shame

Accommodations in this SoCal location are not easy or affordable but this place is affordable and comfortable too. Rooms are nice and well cared for. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend Exclusivo Inn and suites.

Awful place! Says no smoking property but the room stank so bad, felt like someone was smoking next door, couldn’t stand ten minutes in the room, walked out and left the hotel, front staff offered to change our room but we did not like that stinky ghetto hotel, recommend you pay more for a better place.

My room let in quite a bit of light overnight. There was also lots of foot traffic late at night. I can also swear I picked up the scent of marijuana off and on. The location was perfect for all the running around I had to do.

Fantastic time. The location is convenient, the service was kind and super helpful even though I forgot to bring my ID. The walls are a little thin but nothing to deeply worry about. I want their pillows so bad with how comfy they are! I only stayed one night but I'm sure staying longer wouldn't change the experience much.

I had a great time enjoying myself in the hot tub in the room. Everyone was very nice, including when I asked for an extra blanket and more towels.

I also like that there's a town center walking distance with restaurants, shopping, and more.

We had a great time.

Stayed here for a couple of days. If you plan on checking out early, make sure you get a printout before you leave. Manager will deny you checked out and will claim you only returned the keys and that's not a check out according to him. If going to the front desk and returning the keys doesn't mean check out, I don't know what else do you need. The building is in an ok area of Lakewood but remember this is a motel, so be aware of how is around you.

The manager was incredibly rude and didn't even give me the room I asked for. After moving rooms to a completely different floor I realized there was no shower head and the maids left some of there cleaning supplies behind. One of the best had a potent cat urine smell;which didn't come as a surprise considering there were several Feral cats wondering around the parking lot. There trash was so full it was overflowing. Absolutely no reason to ever stay here again.

I stayed last night and when we got to the room and my girl went to use the bathroom and slipped and fell on her back because the little fridge was leaking and it was like that when we got there and noticed after my girl had fallen and I told the clerk and all he said was he was sorry and didn’t even bother to give me a discount or something I even cleaned the puddle myself and I always go so it made me very upset how they can charge full price and after what happened not even bother to clean or atleast give me a discount for the troubles lucky my girl didn’t hurt her back but she slipped really bad.

These are perfect they're clean just a really nice and they're very helpful and it's just a good good place to go if you just need a quick stay very nice rooms they look like they're newly remodeled or something but yeah I enjoyed myself
