Definitely don't work here
They ignore their employees and apparently it's okay to verbally abuse employees
They hire basically anyone.

The interview process was great for me. Trish and Mary K were amazing! Super helpful and patient. Unlike other employers where they make it a awkward moment.these 2 ladies made me feel very welcomed. Thanks for the opportunity!

Ive been working for EES for about a year and a half and let me say if you need a job that you can pick and choose what events you would like to do then this is the place. EES has a great Owner "Pops" who interacts with his employees and actually gets out there hi self and works. Michael Simmons hes another one of my favorites he is one of the kindest and supportive and honest and all around great supervisor EVER. I love my Job! And Trish the scheduling manager is the greatest Ive actually become very close to her. 5***** Great company!

I got to personally work the Farmers Open the week of the Jan. 20th through Jan. 26th. The check in time was easy as 1.2.3. Of course you had to wait in line but as long as you got there on time you were ok. Once you received your uniform and radio, you were off to man your post. It was extremely cold the first day (I came under prepared) We San Diegans are so used to beautiful Sunny weather, anything below 58 is winter in Alaska to me. From that day on I came fully prepared. I was fortunate to stay in the same post I manned all week. The guest was easy going and the facility was beautiful. They usually try to get you out before 12 hours which I didnt mind because after 10 hours my feet were saying "sit down". They are ontop of the lunches and breaks SHOUTOUT to Mike P.and Larry for always being there to help and make sure I wasnt forgot about with breaks. This was my first year and I cannot wait to go back or work another event. On the upside. I was 2 feet away from Tiger Woods. No pictures but the experience and memories I will cherish forever!

My experiance has been great. With the help and guidance from the office staff, Nick, Nicky, Trish, Jake, Bobby and Natalie to the staff in the field like the Leger brothers and Allen Hansen especially have allowed me to grow in experiance and my responsibilites here. So many other employees that make my job easier too many to mention them all. My son Nathan works here also and now so does my wife Denise. Great events to work and great people to work them with.

Had a great time working the Torrey Pines Farmers insurance Open.the job was extremely simple and we got to enjoy the event as well.along with seeing and meeting most of the professional athletes the experience alone was great. Thanks Trish for giving me a great opportunity to make extra money every month. Looking forward to Pebble Beach!

Every company can improve on communication at different events which can be tough, supervisors scott, larry, Mike p are great easy to work with, people should leave cell phones in car or at home not attentive to their duties, people come to work un prepared not bringing food, water, snacks.some breakers neglect their duties not willing to stand on post when they send someone breaks.
I have enjoyed the diverse venues and ability to choose hours fitting my availability, Trish works long hours trying to get posts covered

I have been working with EES for the past event, and as far as I can say it has been a blast most the people I have worked with have been great at teaching and working with me, of course there's those slackers but people will be people. The company has really great motives and it feels like a family.

EES is 5 STAR! I really enjoy working for this company! The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. The management and office staff are exceptional! Trish Arnord is the best! Leads like Ron Ledger. Arturo Corona and Mike Simmons have been a pleasure to work for to name a few. My coworkers are good to work with. Thats awesome! I have had the opportunity to work Vidcom, The Winternationals, The Orange County Fair, Concerts, Sporting Events and the list goes on! I like the fact that the majority of the people at these events are there to have fun! Im able to add to their experience by being friendly, giving directions, and addressing issues an attendee might have at a venue. From my experience I would highly recommend EES!

Pros: Very caring people at the top, you set your own hours as you can accept or decline any offers of work, usually fun events you will partially experience.

Cons: Low pay, often long hours. However the long hours can be a pro as over 8 hours will get you overtime and some events get you double time

They don't pay people who work for them. Been trying to get paid for a job done July 4th. Been getting the run around. Can't even get their payroll department on the phone.

This place is unprofessional but they want me to be professional by covering up my face tattoos, I've been waiting for my check for 2weeks

EEs hires Uneducated and unintelligent Black people, Getting low pay considering all the people/expensive equipment you have to protect. Dealing with rude/incompetent supervisors. Working with sometimes incompetent co-workers. Dealing with rude people. Since this is security there is no job advancement.

It security company needs more professional management at there work sites it's poorly ran they run they workers into the ground, there's tons of favoritism and most of the time you don't know if you're going to get paid on the days that they tell you.it's a company that stresses that you need a guard card but most of the time they take a contract out with other companies so they can staff for them. I recently moved from another city to work for one of their patrol division. Hit the ground running and was treated poorly after one year worth of work I work for the company for four years doing graveyard at one of their yearly annual events. If you looking for a easy company to work for. No incentives no 401K it's just go to work and get a check.
