Executive Hotel Vintage Court San Francisco

WiFi hardly worked, they clean your room only if you explicit signal it. Their cleaning service does not work after 15: 00 (you can't forget to leave the instruction of cleaning you room). The room was clean, reasonably well equiped and looked well maintained.

**BED BUGS** Beware - This property currently has bed bugs and it seems like they had them very often throughout their operation (Yelp/reviews)

From my experience, they did the bare minimum to rectify this situation.

-Unprofessional Staff: we came down to the front desk at 3: 00 AM - the overnight staff (Dan) - He informed us that management comes in at 8: 00 AM and the laundry opens at 10: 00 AM.

No actual help other than implying we'll need proof (which we had) -With no help from the hotel, we had to find a 24 hour laundromat in another town to sanitize our belongings

- Misconstrued information: Dan informed us that the hotel was fully booked so it would be impossible to move rooms. When we asked to relocate hotels entirely, he said he wouldn't be able to approve any decisions. - At 8: 00 AM, we spoke with Vincent (front desk manager) notified us that the hotel was in fact NOT fully booked but Dan had written notes claiming we DECLINED to move.

Now can someone please tell me who in their right mind would STAY in a room that has bed bugs?

No compensation was given for the laundry we did nor the new hotel we had to book. They did refund for the 2 nights of stay, which in my opinion, was the LEAST they could do after 20 bites throughout my body. NO response from General Manager (Jay) after we were told that he would contact us. I have emailed him multiple times.

Hotel has not been shut down, the manager said the process is to isolate one room in question.

Bed bugs can travels through walls. Have fun staying there with the bugs people!

This vintage hotel was great in the perfect location for the event we were attending we parked our car in there parking structure and took ubers all over never waited longer than ten minutes for an Uber. I never had to worry about driving in heavy traffic or finding our way back.met some incredible people while there and the free breakfast was great.thank you for a job well done.and the price made the whole stay Werth it

This hotel is THE BEST! From the warm and inviting atmosphere of the lobby to the friendly and helpful concierges, this place makes you feel taken care of. The breakfast is impressive, the complimentary drinks were appreciated. They stored our bags as we arrived earlier than our check in time so we could freely explore the city. The room was very clean and quaint.

I will stay here every time I visit San Fransisco.

Wonderful stay. Rooms are clean amd spacious. Hotel is at very convenient location quite near to union square.

Hotel staff is courteous. Wonderful breakfast.

Just one suggestion to make stay more comfortable, if you can charge $10 per night more and provide 2 complimentary water bottles everyday.

Good service, rooms were clean but my friends room smelled musty and sanitized, my shower backed up which is a turn off. Good breakfast for the price.

Great location, nice room that had everything we needed: good bed, desk, window seat, dress area, excellent bathroom with a super nice showet, mini fridge, coffee machine, safe and a decent size closet with ample number of hangers. Third of a block down Powel so the cable car drops youboff almost at the doorstep. Half a block from Stockton tunnel so you can avoid the hills.walking to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf a d Union square. As long as you are ok with 3 flights of stairs.
Breakfast was tasty. Limited but good enough to get you started, coffee, tea, juices, milk. Eggs, alternating saidage or bacon for your proteins. Yougurts or oatmeal and fresh fruit to complement panckaes, mini balgels and fantastic mini croissants. Some cheese slices was all we would have liked for perfect well rounded brekky.
Nice area for the breakfast that turns into a bar in the afternoon. Excellent service at the bar.thank you Ashley.
Also Jimmy at the check in desk. Thank you and all the cleaning staff and anyone else working at the hotel. You were friendly, helpful amd made our stay great.

Long story short- this place is gross. I saw a decent amount of positive reviews, so I booked. Upon entering my room, I knew I had made a mistake. My room smelled extremely musky/moldy. The room was also very dusty. Before even sitting on my bed, I found a long black hair on one of the pillows (note- I am blonde…so I know it was not my hair). Ice machine on my floor was broken. I dreaded having to come back to my room at the end of the day because it was so smelly and dilapidated. The smell was so strong that all my belonging (blanket, duffle, backpack, jackets, pjs, etc.) reeked once I left. Just so gross. Also…my “courtyard view” was simply an alley with trash. Sad-this was not how I pictured my vacation. This hotel also has the nerve to change a $20 “hotel fee” per day, as if they have special resort amenities (on top of the price of the room, taxes, and other fees). Three stars for this hotel is generous!

Had a blast in San Fran. First time using Executive Hotel Vintage. Wonderful staff, very informed & super friendly. Breakfast was excellent, fresh & hot with a decent array of items to choose from.

Our room (217) was infested with bed bugs. Management did the bare minimum.
We were bitten throughout our body.
No compensation for laundry, medicine, or relocation.

They said they'd only shut down the room. Not the entire floor. No further inspection of each room / floor to make sure other rooms are not infested.

Doesn't sound like a great way to prevent other guests from experiencing the same nightmare

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, Busse und Cable Car halten quasi davor.
Das Frühstück variiert von Tag zu Tag durch - ist aber jeden Tag aufs Neue lecker und ausreichend.
Der Fitnessraum ist sehr klein, aber das macht das restliche Ambiente definitiv wett.
Gerne wieder!

A lovely surprise at a great price as I was there for a quick buying trip. Amazingly friendly staff, convenient bar/restaurant insight (generic bar food but was happy to eat and go to sleep). Generous breakfast with healthy food choices available. The wi-fi was sporadic but I think it’s because it’s a vintage building and alot of taller buildings surrounding it.
Location is great if you’re a tourist and parking was easy.

Amazing hotel! Loved our stay here. Very clean, incredibly friendly staff, always willing to help and greet you when you take the elevator. Nice bar as well. I was amazed by the free drinks, that was very nice. Rooms are big, clean and spacious bathroom. Location is perfect if you want to explore San Francisco. Also, breakfast was included. If I'm ever in San Francisco again I would definitely book this hotel again. I recommend

(Just a side note, you can temporarily park outside of the hotel to get your suitcases out of the car into the hotel which was amazing, it's really right outside the door. However, you cannot stay parked there, they don't have parking spaces for guests which is also described on the Booking site. I knew this and had no trouble with it. For tourists I'd recommend not having a car at all in San Francisco as everything is walking distance and parking garages are quite expensive.) Hope this helps other tourists

Great place to stay. The rooms are clean and the beds were super comfy. Checked in with Jimmy, he was wonderful. Gave us recommendations on places to eat and they were spot on. The location is great, close to the trolley car that can take you to all the hot spots!
