Exer Lawndale (Formerly Lawndale Urgent Care)

It's the nicest and cleanest urgent care I've been too. Very organized and I like that after you check in they give you a time frame of when they will take you in to be seen by a doctor.

Don't go here. This people still your money they sent me a bill charging me for a covid test they didn't do. Because my insurance didn't want to pay them. Why because this people didn't sent the right information to my insurance trying to charged for something they didn't do I even called the front desk for them to explain to me and the person told me they didn't do no covid test on me

They didn't even try hard to help on solving the problem I work hard for my money. And this people people doing this to me don't go here

Very good attention at the reception, the nurse and the Doctor, excellent service on the 3 occasions that I have been.

Wait time was way too long. Over a hour and half in the waiting room even though there was only 1 other person ahead of me. Sat in the observation room for nearly just as long. I had to get out and ask the nurse twice when the doctor was coming in before she finally came in, The rooms are big but dirty as hell, The floors had stains everywhere and the walls were dark and dirty. The nurses and doctor were friendly though but the wait time was ridiculous

Wonderful spot. It looks kindof old from the outside but its really clean, has friendly staff, and great service.

They say theyre open 7 days a week but they seemed to be closed this Sunday, not sure if its because of the hurricane warning? Not sure if theyre still open.

I took my son to get a sports physical and the staff was so pleasant but to top it off the provider was so attentive and down to earth. She spent time explaining things to my son and I appreciate that. She was warm and that’s what we miss when we go to a doctors appointments. If I could have her as his primary, I would switch with a snap of a finger. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care hands down

Street parking and free parking under. Polite and efficient employees who were both great at explaining things. Would recommend to a friend.

Very kind staff and we were treated with dignity despite a positive COVID test. Also, staff were very thorough.

All the staff was very efficient and professional. I will definitely be going there again, as it is so difficult to get a same day appointment with our physicians.

Dr.and the wonderful receptionist at this clinic were incredible and I can’t thank them enough! I didn’t realize I needed a PCR test before crossing the Canadian border (yes, mainly my fault), but my only hope to see my best friends after 2 years was then and they got me in and processed my test as quickly as possible! They were both so kind and genuinely wanted to help all of us in the same boat. I can’t say thanks enough and I can tell they are just genuinely good people to work at the clinic and help people with more serious medical issues, as well, I’m sure. Thank you for all you do!

I suffered a fall and being from out of state was not to sure where to get seen besides going to a hospital ER…my daughter looked up the closest urgent care and made sure they had an X-ray machine if needed (they do)! They also supplied me with the proper foot brace. The next best thing is they took my out of state insurance with no problem! The care was quick and efficient:) The whole staff were friendly and very professional!
