I received wonderful care. I always use Northridge Exer and will continue to do so. The care providers are experienced, kind, and patient. Thank you so much Eva. I highly recommend Exer, Northridge.

Very quick and friendly place to visit for anything! The staff is professionals and the doctors are fantastic. I will recommend anyone that needs help to go into one of their urgent cares. I felt like I was at home and they were very compassionate to my needs. 0 to 10 I’ll give them 100%.

The doctor didn’t even look at my leg, they immediately sent me for an X-ray, after the X-ray he didn’t even look at it, he said wait for a call and they’ll call you back. Without examining me, he just gave me verbal recommendations and that’s it.and for all this give me $275.you’re crazy there. My first visit last year was wonderful.

From the first person, registerstion clerk, to the nurse and doctor. They all were professional and kind. The doctor listened and appeared to care. Thank you

I’ve been to Exer Urgent Care in Northridge 3 or 4 times in the past several years. Everyone has always been very nice and professional. The facility is very clean and well run. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of treatment.

Cut the front of my calf - pretty deep wound. All the staff were very professional and kind. The doctor took his time and treated me very gently and gave me stitches. He was very professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to send friends and family if they need urgent care. Also the facility was very neat and clean.

Went for allergic reaction & chest pain doctor immediately attended me, ordered a shot for me & x rays EKG and so many other tests including blood work, current doctor is the best and staff is really good at their job! Been to many doctors for Urgent Care and they don’t go over and beyond as this location! I was in and out & he’s fast and shows his care for his patients. Def recommending this place to other people

I recently visited exer urgent care center. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. The APP took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of medical attention.

I am very happy with the care I received at Northridge Exer Urgent Care. The medical assistant made me feel at ease immediately. I was extremely impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and skill of the provider, Diane. I am an experienced Nurse Practitioner and I would return to the Northridge Exer facility again should I have an urgent need in the future.
