- doctor misdiagnosed me (she said my bursitis was not infected) because I didn't have fever symptoms, but the spot was red and she didn't feel it to see if it was hot, and she also did not consider that, since I could not think of any trauma or overuse cause, it could have been due to an infection. I told her I popped a pimple on my elbow 6 hours before the pain started, so she prescribed me an antibiotic 'just in case'. But she didn't prescribe a strong enough one nor for a long enough period (should be 10 days minimum), so I had to go to another doctor 4 days later to get a stronger antibiotic.

If I lived in the Marina Del Ray area, I would only go to this Exer Urgent Care when needed. The office manager made me so welcome; the tech assistant was divine, highly skilled, and sweet; the doctor was so so so good. She stitched up a gaping hole meticulously and saved a hunk of hanging skin. She accurately advised me of imminent pain which saved me worry when it occurred. I felt held in a positive field when I was there. Very grateful. Thank you Dr Kaminsky and team.

Was seen fast however very unprofessional staff that had to say “ that’s weird “ as a diagnostic. I was prescribed drugs that should’ve required blood test and the duration of the treatment was clearly way shorter that it should’ve been according to the second opinion that was done by an actual doctor. Clearly knowing that the treatment was too short they refused to refill the medication without seeing me again.
Do not recommend. Waste of time and money. Negative stars would be more appropriate

I can’t express enough what an amazing staff there was. I had such a stressful day, worked late, worried about my daughter who needed to see a dr. I had tried to go to 2 other urgent cares prior to this one and they were extremely rude! I called this location as my last hope before they closed, practically crying and they were extremely sweet, fast, welcoming and very thorough! Definitely recommend this location!

The Staff and Dr. Philis were extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Philis was very helpful and took her time explaining the X-ray results.

Had a great experience and was really taken care of. Appreciate the doctor and the stuff as they did the best they can to treat the problem I came for.

The primary care physician is amazing! I am very grateful to have entered in as a walk-in and received such genuine support and assistance. Once I traveled through those doors on my way to the back I was greeted pleasantly. Each individual were very patient and intentional. I sincerely suggest that if my experience is duplicated then others should adhere.

I recommend Exer Urgent Care, Marina del Rey. My visit took about 2 hours. The intake staff, the nurse, the x-ray technician and the doctor were all great and I got the care I needed.

Yesterday was my first experience with an Urgent Care where I felt 100% in total excellent care. Exer Marina del Rey was efficient and thorough. They took the time to make sure they properly diagnosed my illness, did complete labs and EKG. I highly recommend this facility! Excellent care and bedside manner!

I went to Exer the first day it opened its doors at the Marina del Rey location. I had fallen down some stairs and thought I might have broken my ankle, but didn't relish the thought of going to the ER during Covid. I was so pleased to hear Exer Urgent Care did X-rays (as many other clinics I've visited do not), so gave them a try. I can't say how pleased I was with the service! The professionalism and overall courtesy of the staff was top-notice, the doctor and technicians approachable and empathetic, and the facility sparkling clean without feeling overly "sterile. " This is my new go-to Urgent Care for sure!
