Exotic Birds By Fran, Cypress CA

Clean place, birds cages and food is well kept. Customer service was informative and we got to hold a few pretty birds. They say the birds are hand fed once they leave the mother so they are okay around humans. We will be back.

I love this place and wonderful staff including of course Fran the owner I have an Umbrella Cockatoo Named Angel and I get all my food from them and also difficult grooming when he wont let me do so. I once had an incident in which Angel now 18 years Old August 18th had an issue a few years ago in which he being in which he challenges things to chew and he unfortunately went against some metal in which cut his tongue I was so distraught being I did not have the means to stop the bleeding. I immediately took him to a local pet hospital and the were to afraid to approach his beak and tongue and said if he bit them there is nothing left to fix on the wound they may get from his bite. They were to scared to help me. I then thought to go see Fran and her team in which are true bird pros. Fran and her co worker at the time helped me and Angel and stopped the bleeding and saved him. I am forever grateful! Please take my advice and if you ever want to get a wonderful pet bird or need grooming, feed, toys etc. Go see Fran and her team and tell them Robert Finger sent you so they know I am helping them as well and forever grateful for saving Angel! A store dedicated to birds that has much of what you're looking for your birds. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that can help you with getting a first bird & supplies for it. You can pet the birds after sanitizing your hands.

The guys are very skilled in the grooming and so great at handling my birds. My Amazon's beak over grows and they ate the greatest at trimming it down.

The people who groom the birds have a wonderful system. One holds while the other does the pedicure. No "rug burn". They're kind and chat with the birds to, I feel like they truly love birds.

Wonderful place, the workers are really nice and its a good place to take your pet burd for grooming.

Pretty small and feels a little cramped. But they have some bird things and some small exotic birds. Talking to the staff they don't get a lot of bigger ones like Grey's and macaws but they have Amazon's and the smaller more popular birds. Nice staff and helpful with guides and lots of info of birds.

Very clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Birds are kept impeccably clean. I wish they had more variety. It's located in a corner strip. The sign is small, so look closely, you might miss it. Free bird grooming if you purchase your bird there.

Beautiful, tame baby birds! We bought our cockatiel here. Sweetest bird ever. The staff is knowledgable and they have food, treats and everything you need for your feathered friend.

Fran is great. She gives helpful advice and is friendly and gets to know her regular customers. She stocks higher end foods which are hard to find elsewhere, so it has become our go to local petshop for bird supplies.

One of my most favorite places to go. Everyone if friendly and there's a great selection of seed, treats, toys, and all things birds.
