Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel, Palm Springs CA

Overall, terrific place with lots of space and decent rooms. The rooms are a little old and could use a blanket - there is a small throw blanket on the bed, not big enough for two. Also, they say that they offer continental breakfast but they really didn't - not even coffee. I know it is off-season and everything, but.coffee, at least! Also, if you want to make your own food at all, get the full kitchenette as the regular room had a microwave and a small fridge but no dishes or utensils at all and no where to put anything!

Nice.very clean place, friendly people, great staff, delicious breakfast food, fruits, power bars etc. I don't remember the young ladies name who checked us in, but she was a Red Head and Beautiful. She gave us an informative tour and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be going back when the weather gets a little warmer.

Fix the TV. Everything is fine but we need to wind down and the TV never seems to work. 3 visits never had a working tv

We had a great time. The rooms were nice, staff was very helpful, and the positive sexy energy was through the roof. Definitely coming back.

Wonderful resort! Older place but it didn't FEEL old. The grounds and amenities are VERY well kept. The management staff and groundskeepers were constantly busy taking care of things which was nice to see. Free BBQ lunch on Saturday was a pleasant treat as well. The only complaint I heard from our friends were there were a few little bugs in some of the rooms and music was left on long after people left the public areas at night. On until 3am one night and all night long the next night. It should be on a timer of some sort. Music at 4am coming from speakers in the main courtyard / pool area as well as in the room courtyards long after everyone was asleep. Bring earplugs! Overall, the resort was an amazing experience for our group and we will definitely be back!

I loved this place. Everyone was very welcoming, the staff was friendly without being invasive. The rooms provided very amenity you could need for a weekend with like minded people. I absolutely will come back to EDR.

We arrived late at night. Neve been to Palm Springs. It was dark and I called the office to figure out where to check in (the property is fairly big), the ladies were pretty condescending when I asked where the office was, they kept saying “it’s where it says office”. The sign on the door is very small and poorly lit and we circled around a couple of times before we could find it. Then we checked in, she assumed we were day passers, first gave us a day pass bracelet only, then I told her we had a room reserved, then she finally checked us in room 202. We put our stuff in there and went to the pool. My wife wanted a late check out, so I went to check with the front desk and found out they checked us in the wrong room and I would have to move to another room plus pay for late check out. After much arguing and attitude, They finally figured out we could move to room 201. Instead of enjoying our night, we had to move our stuff around again. At that rime we were exhausted and just went to bed. The bed had only a sheet, no blankets/covers. The mattress had sagging spots and we kept rolling into them. Very uncomfortable. The next morning, we were getting ready to go out to check out and an employee just randomly enters our room after knocking without giving me any chance to respond. Overall, we are very disappointed with your hotel. From customer service to quality of room, our experience was very bad. We can say we will NOT return. Looking at a all other reviews here, I wonder if our experience was a fluke? Not sure but will not stay here again.

I forgot the name of the young lady working the front desk but she was amazing. Respectful. Thoughtful and helpful. I was there on ladies choice night this month so whoever she was I'd love to thank her.

I'm giving 3 star rating for the room due to my disappointment. The standard king was less than adequate. It reminded me of a room from a bad hotel. The shower was tiny with a curtain that was too much. The king bed was the best. The television had to be unplugged to shut off. I know, who's watching TV? If you need the noise to nap or sleep.
Vinny was on his game. He was very accommodating by retrieving towels when requested. He was very personable and hung out with our party while on his breather.
I wish the website had more pictures to offer for the different rooms. I certainly would not have paid that had I known how lacking the room was as far as basics. It did have a microwave and small fridge. Bring hangers!

AC was not turned on, and the room was hot. The ice machines did not work. Soda dispenser was empty.

Ann went out of her way to give us the best customer service possible. We really appreciate you, and all the hard work you put into making sure we are happy. Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back again!

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. I can't rate the rooms as I didn't stay in one, but the vibe is awesome. Everyone helps make it a comfortable place to truly relax and be yourself. Great outdoor and relaxing rooms too.

What an absolute dumpster fire! We were there for 2 days and not once were the outside trash cans emptied.in 118 heat! Nobody was cleaning puvlic areas and the playrooms were uninhabitable with dirty towels and debris everywhere. Roaches were plentiful in our room, which is a shame since it was recently remodeled. Rarely saw staff and after 5 pm none seem to be on premise. Been coming here for several years and it was getting better but it has slid down hill.again

Need to update outdoor showers, sinks and bathroom. Also maze floor very dangerous to walk on at night. Pools are great. Need more covering from intense sunlight. Ample parking. Felt safe within the property.

Huge improvements since last visit in April. Staff was super friendly, attentive to guests needs.

This place is amazing. Great atmosphere (VERY 420 friendly) and very friendly staff. If you’re thinking about checking it out, do it. I only got the day pass, so I haven’t stayed in the rooms but the resort it’s self is incredible.
