Terrible experience. I wish I had read prior reviews. The $100 worth of product I ordered arrived at room temperature and had to be thrown out. The company not only won’t provide a credit or refund, getting any sort of response from their customer service department has been impossible.

Great place he called me and certain things he didn't have he replaced it with something else which was a good thing for me because it would of cost more but he didn't charge me for the extra. He also shipped my orders off when he said it and I got my package today. Now I can cook out for father's day thank you.

I placed an order on 1 Jan 20 for quail and rabbit. I have been told they are waiting on the rabbit from the processing plant, which was two weeks ago and still no meat. I have tried to call and don't get an answer and voicemail is full. I want the meat and not a refund but if I have to get a refund I want the entire amount, not a 20% reduction.

Order was placed December 30,2019. Although shipment has been promised twice I have yet to receive the meat and they won't refund. I needed the meet for a family dinner and will now have to purchase elsewhere at an additional cost to me so I have lost $135.97. Order at your own risk.

Hey this isn't Amazon Prime. This is an independent meat market/farm, so unless you are local, you'll need to work with the owner on the phone - possibly more than once - to get your order exactly the way you want it. We ordered a fresh Christmas goose and first order was mixed up in the Christmas rush and general mayhem, but as soon as we notified the owner, he fixed the error and sent a fresh goose via FedEx halfway across the country in time, texting every so often until we were satisfied. The goose was delicious! Best ever! Fresh from a farm is the way to go!

This company deserves no stars but had to give one to post. I bought meat from this company and it arrived at room temperature. I contacted them and at first to file a complaint and he said I will get credit. Since then he has refused to take responsibility and says ridiculous things. I had to replace his order from another company. He now acts like the victim. I see he has a lot of bad reviews. Buyer Beware!

Seemed like a big SCAM to me.

I called to see what was going on and the man says oh sorry about is not shipping in 2 days. In order to resolve the issue I will ship 1 day for free. I think wow. 1 day shipping for free, that's service! So I will get my $60 2 day shipping refunded and get free 1 day. Wrong! He will pocket my 60 dollars for a shipment that never happened and throw in 1 day shipping for "free". How is it free if my $60 shipping charge is not being refunded?

I said go ahead and cancel this is too weird.

He said okay, the next day I get an email saying my order has shipped. He tried to still ship it and keep my $60!

Anyway finally I get a young man who said he would stop the order from shipping and he was the only reason I didnt look to report this company.

I ordered some snake meat it came and was warm to the touch called them they Reshipped it and it was warm to so I warn you not to buy from them

The suckling pig was exactly what I was looking for. However, I ordered it on Feb 28th, 2019. I got a message saying "we can't ship this weekend, what day next week do you want it? " I said ship the following Monday. Nothing happened for two weeks. I called on the 11th of march, they said "let me call you back and find out what happened. " Two days later, no call, no email. So I called back on the 13th of March, and they said "our freezer is broken, we need to ship from the supplier. " (which is fine.but has the freezer been broken for 3 weeks?) Still, no tracking number. So I called back Monday the 18th of March, and was promised I would have a tracking number by Tuesday and the pig would arrived the next day. Nothing happened. Finally, I called back Thursday. They apologized and said I would get a tracking number immediately, and the pig would arrive Friday. It did.

The pig itself was perfect, but honestly for 200 dollars I could have driven to Florida, got the pig, and come back in well under three weeks and less than 200 in gas.

Insanely fast service, ordered and recieved my meats within 24hrs. Size steak I ordered wasnt in stock so they substituted with same steak twice the size at no cost. I ordered on a shipping day listed on their website so I imagine the service isnt as fast if I ordered on a weekend. Awesome service

Customer service is not too bad, they are helpful in explaining different types of meat portion cuts. I found another Market that carries much more variety of exotic meats. It’s on the corner of E warm Springs and Spencer it’s SIDRA MARKET

Terrible customer service. My meat was delivered completely thawed not frozen. When I called the owner he said "not my problem". The meat was delivered 2nd day air in the winter and the ice in the cooler bag was still frozen. How can his packaging and delivery not be his problem?

Horrible customer service. They do not have anything in stock and never bothered to tell me. I just expected it to arrive in 2 days like the email stated and didn't know anything was wrong until i called them on day 6. Unfortunately it ruined the wild game party we were hosting. Buyer be ware.

Thank god for reviews I just spoke to a lady and I was getting ready to make an order and then something said read the reviews first. I am so sorry you guys had a bad experience BUT it also helped me not to.

Never received my purchase. When I did get a hold of them they said they would refund but refund never came, I'd be cautious about doing business with this company.

Horrible Customer Service and I believe their just tring to get peoples Credit Card information. I ordered steaks from the on Thursday and paid extra for next day shipping. Come MONDAY I called and aksed them what the deal was and the guy ended up cursing me out telling me that they dont have to do anything about the mix up. I ended up canceling the order since it didnt ship when it was suppose to. Its ashame they could have a really good buisness but instead just have a bunch of Clowns running it into the ground.

I will say, the product I received was good, but they could not deliver the product I ordered (i.e. - they had no beaver so they sent me rabbit) They did not return emails or phone calls and it took MONTHS for them to ship my product.
