Expansive Gaslamp reviews
18I m working out of Expansive, really like exceptionally attentive staff, they have everything one needs for productive work day and ready to solve/troubleshoot if issues arise. Additionally, they organize very nice networking events that bring people from ~50 companies to mingle.
Great space and office layouts, centrally located downtown with lots great restaurants nearby
Awesome workspace, I have been going to this office for years, and have been treated awesome! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to help grow my team here.
I've been working for one of the companies in this building, JGO Mortgage, for nearly two years now. I plan to remain in this position for the remainder of my career, and part of that is due to the environment that Expansive provides.
The recent community manager, Nikki, does an excellent job of maintaining a professional, yet warm environment. She is incredibly helpful and I regularly go to her for information regarding events, building resources, and recommendations.
Things I love about Expansive: the rooftop lounge, the lobbies, the full kitchen, the cleanliness, and especially the networking events that Nikki organizes. Very grateful that I get to work in this building.:)
Came with a day pass and it was awesome! Nikki was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in detail. Can’t wait to explore how we can utilize Expansive with our business.
Let's be real.office rent is another mortgage. Novel provides phenomenal resources, support, and everything needed from solopreneurs to scaling business teams. Ask me for a tour!
Novel Coworking is an amazing place to do business. I have been there since last Summer. Even though my industry got closed down several times, they were very supportive of my business. They are attentive to maintenance request, the new Manger, Nikki is very on top of everything! And I have to mention, they have the best latte ever on the 3rd level lounge!
Novel Coworking is the BEST place to have an office in downtown San Diego! In addition to great value for your money, Kelsey the property manager, makes everything a breeze so you can focus on your business. A great sense of community in the building also helps with networking and support amongst each other as everyone tries to grow their business. A great building with amazing amenities, we are thankful we made the choice to join the Novel Coworking family.
LOVE it here! First office space for our new business, and couldn't be happier. Our community manager Kelsey is THE BEST! She is so kind, helpful, and always brightens our day!
I love working here at Novel! I got a private office here about 5 months ago and it has been amazing. Kelsey and Rachel are fantastic and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommended:)
This place is awesome! I’ve been here three weeks and so far everyone has been really nice and welcoming. Kelsey, the community manager, is an absolute God send. From giving me a tour over FaceTime (I just relocated to San Diego and couldn’t visit before hand), answering my million and one questions, introducing me to other tenants, to even coming to my rescue when I locked myself out of my office after hours. She goes above and beyond! Even though I’ve only been here three weeks, it already feels like home. I highly recommend Novel to anyone who owns they’re own business. It’s been a fantastic decision for my business already!
Truly enjoying our office at Novel Coworking! I toured the other options and felt this one was the best fit for our company's needs. We have been here now for two and a half years it it has always been comfortable, vibrant, quiet when needed, and can meet our expanding office requirements. Kelsey is the onsite manager and she is always friendly, helpful, and fun! Would recommend for both coworking and private office.
I would like to state that the time spent at Novel is nothing other then spectacular. Both Kelsey Punsalan and Rachel Quinto are fantastic ambassador of the office space and have treated my staff and me with kindness, professional courtesy and an always welcoming attitude. Novel, you are fortunate to have them represent your brand.
Thank you again and Thank you Kelsey and Rachel for the time, energy and effort you place in making Novel a great place to be a part of.
Alpers Engineering Group is very happy with the Novel Co-working Office. Our private office space and open common areas provide break-time recreation area with an outdoor rooftop work area, and the coffee and brew bar are convenient. The coop working environment is cordial and all the co worker companies are very friendly. The on site Novel staff is also extremely helpful. I Highly recommend Novel if your looking for an easy and flexible solution to professional working environment with special amenities at a reasonable price.
I’ve been established at Novel for over a year and the community manager, Kelsey, has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Today, our company landline was having serious issues—we were unable to check our voicemail, and then the phone went offline entirely. Kelsey fixed everything, She can truly do it all, and luckily, this serious problem was resolved within hours
Great location, everything is always clean and stocked, and Kelsey is the sweetest community manager ever.
Kelsey, the Community Manager, is our tech-savvy hero! Our landline went down at the worst time, and we tried all the basic techniques to get it to work. Nothing. We couldn't make calls, receive them, or check our voicemail. It was a nightmare.
I asked Kelsey for help, and it took her a lot of work doing who-knows-what magic on it, but when she returned, not only was the landline back online and fully functional, but she had fixed our separate issue of being unable to set up our voicemail! We're back in business, thanks to her.
Forget WeWork and all the other co-working spaces, I can't believe I even tried something else before Novel.
If you are on the fence about becoming a tenant at novel, you're wasting time by not just committing. I can firmly say that novel has given us the opportunity for growth that other offices have not been able to match.
The pricing is the best value in the industry, I can't find anything that beats it. The amenities are super and the physical location is in the heart of downtown. Don't forget the rooftop and game section, great for a relaxing break and a little networking.
Whether you are looking at a private office or just a co-working membership, you'll find that Novel is an incredibly welcoming environment. I can't say that about WeWork, which we had rented space from previous to Novel.
Thanks for everything you guys do!
