The listed for business is not a carpet cleaning company. This number routes you to a booking company who hires independent workers. The guy came, charged me $290, was here for 1 hour damaged wall with machine (portable unit) that does not rinse. Couldn’t clean any dirty areas. I called hotline to see if they could do a better job and they said “we are just a booking company” then gave me a number to a disconnected line “supervisor”. When I called back to tell them the number was disconnected they said that’s what we have that’s all we can do for you!

These guys do a good job, and are easy to work with, inexpensive. I used them when I owned a house quite a few times with great results. They brought all the equipment, worked hard and detail-oriented, and within an hour, our sofa was clean and looked fantastic. They were very professional, did an outstanding job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends and family.

I have hired Jose three more times, and he is always a pleasure: arrives on time, doesn't charge a ton, does a great job. Great job, nice guy, and reasonably priced. He charged a surcharge for my extremely filthy carpets and it was well worth it.

On time and reasonably quick if you give them a heads up ahead of time.not sure about immediate service for an accident or breakdown during peak hours.

The person who towed my vehicle was magnificent. He permitted me to have my pup in the truck with no faltering.

Be very careful if using this firm. One price was quoted over the phone, when the technician arrived the price nearly doubled because the original quote was for a “basic” cleaning and the tech tried to negotiate for yet another price. None of this was mentioned when I booked the cleaning. Also, find out what forms of payment are accepted. When I called Expert back to inquire about using a credit card, I was told they accept all forms of payment but the credit card machine is “broken. ” The sofa I had cleaned seems ok but it was much wetter afterward than other times I have had upholstery cleaned. Hopefully it will dry. All this adds up to a very negative experience and I don’t recommend this company.

Great service and reasonable price. Jose came out the same day and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very thorough. I was skeptical my carpets could be saved but was pleasantly surprised with the final results. I felt his prices were competitive and reasonable. I will be using his service again and I would recommend anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned to give him a call.

Just moved into an apartment with a very old rug, which was much loved by the cat and dog who used to live here. The cleaning products are organic - the rug smells clean, not perfumed - great for allergy-sensitive me. Honestly, I thought getting one's carpets steam cleaned would be drama - and it wasn't at all. I will recommend him to anyone who needs upholstery cleaned.

Carpets look great and I had areas of deep dirt and stains. Guy was helpful and polite and took care of the corners and cleaned up his footprints.

Great experience, staff was on time and courteous, they did a great job overall. I sent them an email and they responded quickly, were able to get an appointment the next day, they arrived on time and were very nice. That's customer service! I will use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends!

Excellent service, great prices and they did a bang up job and even cleaned up the non carpeted floors after themselves. My house is nearly all carpet with carpeted stairs but these guys made quick work of it. My house smells great and my carpet has never looked better. Thank you!

Technician arrived early, and did an excellent job! Charged what was quoted. Totally removed pet stains and odor. I was IMPRESSED. Confirmation texts/reminders/follow up phone calls, courteous technician, great work. Yes.they are most definitely highly recommended.

Technician did a very thorough job on my large sectional sofa. He provided good customer service. I will use them again for some other projects. Very professional and polite. The manager was very communicative on everything. Very prompt response as well to all questions! Highly recommended!
