I did not expect a person who works from 9 to 5 will assist me after work. But it happened with Natalia Nava from support.
It was a Friday, one of my merchant experience a terrible time to connect with the services, I had to do multiple 4 ways or 5 ways calls to try to solve the issue, but till 5pm the terminal still won't be able to take credit card transaction. I was panic! This is a $15k-$20k night and the terminal was not working.
There were few people that assisted me till Natalia answered my call. She helped me all the way till she had to leave work but she did not stop there, she gave me her cellphone and helped me after work till around 6pm when we finally solved the issue.
Natalia, you saved my life that night!
Another person i have to give a 5 stars is Michelle Sanchez, she is my new agent support, we only work together for 2-3 weeks, she already helped me to solve many issues that had been dragged on for months.
Michelle, I am excited for our journey to work together as partner!

Expitrans is a wonderful credit card processing company. Michelle Sanchez is always so kind and helpful. When I call and have a question someone always answers. Everyone at ExpiTrans is always helpful. If she is on phone taking care of an ISO or merchant she always calls or emails back. I really appreciate that.
