Stellar customer service, attentive staff and in depth checkups for my son. Third time here in a walk in fashion bc medical/altamed can’t serve same day needs, and always wish they can be my primary. Sister branch in Whittier when this one isn’t open, and same level of satisfaction. Thankyou!
After a tough morning dealing with insurance and doctors offices & trying to find an urgent care for my daughter, it was such a relief to come across such kind ladies at the front desk, my anxiety began to subside as they engaged in conversation and we genuinely nice. The PA was also patient, listened and was kind. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good customer service experience. I hope they know they made mine and my daughters day so much better than I was before we went in.
