They had me thinking I was locked in for a certain job never answered I called a lot of times had me do the paper work to come to me with a a completely different job. I truthfully feel like they are either stealing information or giving the better jobs to people they know. That's just what I think I may be right may be wrong. But I talked to corporate and they have a ongoing investigation with certain individuals

Came here because I had the idea I had an admin assistant job waiting for me. During the interview I said I knew some Spanish (Espanol). The phone interview was a month ago (they called me), but I called the day before I came in and was told over the phone to come in the next morning. But when I arrived I was told I needed to be completely bilingual. Wish I knew that before, because after 15 minutes I lost my phone. I'm good at tracing phones, I've recovered them before after days in far away locations. But I couldn't track this one after 15 minutes, so I think it was stolen. Last location was the Express Employment Professionals office.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This specific site on H street is the most unorganized and rudest place. The women that are the “recruiters” care more about their looks and talk and on the phone. Than, to talk to you. A potential client. For one I did my application online. Got called for a phone interview to setup. Now I’ve never heard of us calling them for an interview. My appointment was for 130pm on a Thursday I call and the receptionist told me my interviewer is busy. Had to reschedule for Tuesday at 2pm. I call at 1: 50pm again the receptionist said my interviewer is busy. Call back at 2. So I call back at 2pm again my interview was busy so I had to wait 10 minutes on hold when my interviewer answered and told me if I can hold for a couple more minutes. To which I replied: are you guys this unorganized? Do you not know I have an appointment at 2pm? Why don’t you call me for an interview like the good old days? In which my interviewer shrugged me off with a long sigh and said are you done? Those people in that office are to comfortable. Time for a purge if you ask me.

The people, and especially Olivia Cisneros, at Express Employment Professionals are great to work with. We recently got a temp warehouseman from them who was a great worker. So much so, that after the appropriate time period had passed we were able to hire him as a permanent employee. They are always quick to meet our needs when they arise and have given us quite a few great workers over the years! I highly recommend them for temporary staffing.
