9 months post my first visit, I can honestly give this business a 1 star review.

I went at the end of 2022 because my iPhone battery needed a replacement. First, there was no one at the other location so I had to drive 20 minutes to this location. I waited a while for the replacement. They did so, but then damaged the touch screen! It wasn’t working. As recompense, they replaced the entire display. Now my iPhone didn’t recognize the battery or the display in the settings. The owner said that was unusual but everything should work great. I wasn’t convinced, so the owner gave me a written warranty with an offer for free replacement within 6 months.

In March, the battery was already acting up. It was draining really quickly and randomly turning off. I went back. The owner wasn’t there and the staff member told me it was because I was overcharging the battery - it had expanded, which can be really dangerous. Never ever in over a decade of iPhone use have I ever experienced this or been told it’s dangerous to overcharge a phone. Okay, fine.

Fast forward to last week. Once again, rapid draining and my phone case is coming apart because the battery has expanded - this is with me charging it about 50% less than usual.

I take it to the Genius Bar - I should’ve done this originally. They said that generic Apple batteries often have reliability and safety issues. I learned a hard lesson but at least the new battery wasn’t expensive.

They left so much to be desired and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ll never go back to this shop, that’s for sure and I can’t recommend it.

Express IPhone Repair made this whole process quick and easy. Anthony was great at the front of the store, gave me an accurate time, I was able to grab lunch next door and Done! Hope I won’t need my phone fixed again but if I do I’m coming here. Thanks guys!

Tried to get pricing for my company and was left on hold, not transparent and unprofessional

Do NOT go there. I went there to get my cracked screen replaced and they ended up messing up the camera, so that m phone stopped recognizing the face ID, which needless to say, became a big pain to have to enter my passcode every time I wanted to use my phone. I went to Apple and they said they would not be able to fix that feature. I basically ended up having to buy a new phone.

Come here. They fix the phones within 15 minutes. My phone is up and working. Highly recommended.
